Great location with 20 minute walk to Fry’s/Krogers. 10 minutes to downtown. Santiago responded very quickly to and questions.

We had an amazing trip and location was perfect. Just a 10-minute walk to Chase Field. House was great, beds were comfortbale and even had futon/blow-up mattress. Appreciated everything the owners did to make guests feel welcomed!

Older home, but renovated and maintained extremely well. Close to downtown and easy access to all routes.

This home is AWESOME! We have been lucky enough to stay here several times in the last few years and it is perfect every time! We travel to Phoenix for a business conference every other year and this home is all about LOCATION - short 15 minute walk to the convention center or Chase Field if you want to catch a Diamondbacks game. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you want to cook your own meals, if not, there are several fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance. The Hosts are AMAZING and very quick to respond if you have questions. 5-stars!!!

This was a very nice, quiet neighborhood near downtown Phoenix. The house was just right for our needs.

Great location, easy to walk to downtown. Many other sites, attractions, hiking trails within 20 minutes drive or less. AC worked great, house spacious & comfortable. Internet & TV reception spotty at times. Hosts very friendly, responsive, accessible & accommodating.

The house was well located with a great floor plan. We appreciated the special touches such as snacks and water both still and sparkling. The hosts provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Very spacious home with three separated rooms and plenty of shared living space. Perfect short walk to the convention center and downtown venues. I especially appreciated the outdoor seating area for sipping morning coffee. Kitchen and supplies were thoughtfully appointed.

Santiago and Kimberly were very communicative and helpful before and during the trip. Very conveniently located to the Suns arena, and to highways for exploring Phoenix.

The host was very welcoming and we actually got to check in early thank god because we had a 6:30am flight. The house was nice and comfy. It had a lot to offer with the amenities inside the house. The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 was because the master bedroom bed was really firm. This was too hard for my husband and I. The other beds in the other 2 rooms were good. It was a quick stay for us as we just went to see the football game which we enjoyed. Other than that the host was very responsive and pleasant. Other than the bed (this was just our opinion ) I would recommend this house.

Wow!! The house was amazing and comfortable. There was everything we needed. From dishes to coffee to shapoo conditioner body wash, you name it. Also they responded to questuons immediately will definitely stay again!

The owners take really good care of the home. Great for diamondback game or basketball games. Walking distance to a lot of places if it was cooler weather. Uber is easily accessible and close to the airport like 10 minutes away. There was one night with thunder storms and lightening and rain messaged the owner and asked if they wanted us to put the patio cushions in the garage. Answered right away. Anytime I had a question about something I got a very fast and prompt response.Would definitely stay here again.

We will try to stay here any time we're in Phoenix -- very comfortable, spacious, and well-kept home for the four of us. Excellent kitchen, bathrooms, and open living room; backyard is superb as well. Just a short 10min walk to downtown and ballpark, with even closer proximity to some exceptional restaurants.

We had a brief but perfect stay in your home. The location was perfect! We walked in the 100 degree heat to our baseball game!

Easy walk to Phoenix Convention Center. House was perfectly clean and appropriately stocked with supplies. Furniture was comfy and AC cool. Fast communication with owner.

The location was close to the Chase Field, the airport and ASU. We were there for a graduation and every place we wanted to go was within a few minutes away to 20 minutes away. It was fantastic. We needed batteries and it was brought later that day. No complaints. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of four.

I was in town for a conference at the convention center. The house was clean, close and came equipped with everything including coffee, waters, plenty of towels. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect, beds were comfortable, outdoors area was nice. The location was perfect to walk to the Convention Center and Chase Stadium. Traffic is crazy in Phoenix so it was nice that we could walk were we need to. Kim and Santigo were great hosts they answered every question I had very timely. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. If you need a place to stay in Phoenix this is the place it was also very close to the airport. Thank you so much.

I felt like this place had plenty of space for us. It was in a good location for us to get around to many different areas that we had traveled. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Property is a clean, spacious, well stocked, comfortable home within walking distance of a very lively district with great restaurants and clubs. The stadiums for both the Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns are next to each other in this same district. We caught one Suns game and golfed four other days. Fun time in the desert without the unbearable heat.

I felt like I was in my own home. Comfortable, clean, & cozy! Convenient to downtown area. Will stay again!

Great property and incredible location!!

If you’re looking for a house to rent in Phoenix this is the place! Well kept, with plenty of room and great hosts.

The stay was very nice. We had three in the group and everyone had their own bedroom. It was so nice that there was a plethora of comfortable furniture. We met up with some local friends, so comfortable furniture was important for relaxing. We attended an event at the convention center which was a short walk. The kitchen was well equipped and the mattresses were comfortable. We did not use the wifi, laundry, dishwasher or TVs, so I have no comment on these items. I recommend fixing the 2nd sink in the master bathroom, one was turned off, I am assuming from a past leak(?). There was a second sink in the same BA, so it was not a real issue for us. The master bath glass shower walls were were also very unstable looking. This was not an issue for our gp since we were all healthy adults; however this would not be safe for children or adults with mobility or balance issues. The alarm system I found a bit intimidating as we are not familiar to this home feature in our home lives. The electricity and light switches were also a bit wonky, but nothing that would be a comfort issue. I do recommend night lights in all of the bathrooms. Overall the place was clean and accommodating with plenty of room and a lovely backyard with seating.

We were in town for a conference at the convention center. With a Lime scooter I could go back and forth is just a few minutes. It was a great place to escape and relax.

The house was clean, spacious, beautiful. There were so many nice touches that were thought of by hosts-extra toothbrushes, shampoo, coffee, toilet paper, making it easy to settle in immediately. Convenient to conference center and museums downtown. Would definitely try to stay here again if I have another conference here.

I didn't have to contact the owners that often but when I did they responded quickly. The house was a great size for our family of four. The location was so close to many restaurants and things to do. We like how close it was to the children's museum. Definitely appreciative of how well stocked the kitchen was and even having kids plates and bowls and fresh fruit when we arrivedd was a nice touch. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit.

Spacious home in a quiet nieghborhood. Walking distance to downtown Phoenix and Valley Metro stops. Comfortable furniture and inviting back porch made for an enjoyable stay. Will definitely be back.
