Stayed Dec 17, 2025The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults. It was clean and very well appointed. The house had more extras than your average vrbo in my experience which we appreciated very much. Coffee set up is kcups so don’t bring coffee grounds, en-suite bathroom doors were replaced with blackout curtains which was not a problem for our party but may be for others. TV’s in every bedroom although we only used the one in living room. Beds were comfortable and bedding was good. We walked to/from the house to convention center in 15 mins with my elderly parents both day and night and felt safe. Would definitely rent again if I needed to be downtown Phoenix. Liz was super responsive from the time I booked through checkout.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Great location for our meeting at UA-COM Phoenix. Just a fifteen minute walk by the Science Museum and Children's museum with easy access to Chase Field.Owners were friendly and accommodating. Absolutely no issues and we would stay again.

Stayed Oct 6, 2025We attended the Semicon West trade show at the convention center. It was a convenient walk, and the house was impeccable. Liz was a joy to work with. I highly recommend this unit and especially Liz as the owner/manager. Overall, a very positive experience, trying Vrbo for the first time.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Awsome location in family oriented neighborhood. Walking distance to DTPHX and Chase Field. Comfortable house. Classic kitchen and cozy outdoor seating.Liz and Raul were gracious and gregarious hosts.Definitely will be back!

Stayed Mar 16, 2025I wanted a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home close to the convention center and this met all my requirements. Booking 3 hotel rooms would have been at least 2x the cost and this was much more like at home. Highly recommended!
