The house is very charming and is very clearly well taken care of. We loved the seating area in the backyard and the design of the interior! Best of all, you can’t beat the proximity to downtown. Being able to walk into town with a few minutes is a game-changer!

Location location location! And comfort all around. Weren’t we lucky to enjoy a long weekend at the Hatch House? The four of us could not have had a better stay in Paso than here at this easy-to-love little house. Thanks to amazing hosts everything was above par. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the Hatch House in Paso. The location was perfect for our family to explore the surrounding vineyards as well as stroll downtown. The outside patio with fire pit and cornhole provided an excellent gathering spot for our family in the evening. Gerry was very responsive to any questions about the property both before and throughout our stay.

These three longtime friends and UNC alumnae so enjoyed our stay at Hatch House. We arrived later in the evening and the house had lights on, welcoming us. Gerry made getting into the house super easy. It is so clean and clearly thought has gone into all the details of what might be needed--from bath, kitchen, games, linens, instructions--all thoughtful. We loved the back sitting area and firepit! Paso Robles is so easy--two blocks from the house are restaurants, green spaces, coffee shops, and more. Could not be better located. 10/10 recommend.

I was a bit uncertain from the photos - the bright exterior and wallpaper throughout, but it all worked so well together. The attention to detail was amazing, and the interior space is gorgeous! Whoever decorated this did a great job. Super cute outdoor space with seating and fire pit - and a washer/drier and ICE MACHINE too! I would definitely stay here again - and hope to plan another trip soon. The location was perfect, far enough to be quiet, but close enough to walk to town. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!

We enjoyed our Mothers and Daughters trip to Paso. The Hatch House property was perfect for us. We did some out of town winery's and downtown shopping. The Hatch House might be the closest residence to town that we saw, perfect not to have to drive. The home is historic and very well appointed. The outside area was relaxing and kudos for the ice machine. Loved the property, we will return.

What an amazing weekend we had staying at Hatch House! It’s a gorgeous property with everything we needed! Gerry provides everything you could need for a fantastic time in Paso. The kitchen was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast and we walked in each day to downtown which was two blocks away, for wine tasting, happy hour and so many great meals. The beds are super comfy and bathrooms were spacious with plenty of towels and counter space. We also loved the backyard and had lots of fun hanging outside. Gerry is by far, the best rental house host I’ve ever had. Her communication and personal touch is unbeatable. We had a small issue and it was addressed and resolved before we were back from happy hour. She checked up to make sure we were comfortable and just went above and beyond. We will be back and recommend the Hatch House to everyone. It’s just the cutest place you will ever stay!

This home is so charming and in the perfect location! The decor is adorable, with vintage-looking appliances, comfortable beds and high-end sheets/towels. It was perfect for our group of six girls but would also be great for couples or a family. It was hot during our stay so we didn’t use the fire pit but the shaded sitting area with fountain was a perfect peaceful outdoor space to relax in. The layout is a little funky with two bedrooms upstairs and one half bath and the master downstairs with a separate full bath. That seems to be common with historic homes. The walk to the adorable downtown area is less than five minutes and there are tons of great options there for eating, wine-tasting and entertainment. The hosts were very friendly and responsive although we never needed anything because everything was communicated to us ahead of time. We will definitely stay here again.

A group of longtime girlfriends decided to go wine tasting in Paso May 30-June 2, 2024. We were lucky to find the Hatch House - location couldn’t have been better! We walked to downtown shops & restaurants every morning & evening, and were 15 - 20 minutes from our wine tasting appointments. The home was exactly as pictured and the host provided some very interesting history on the house, which was built in the 1800’s. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the backyard was a really nice place to hang out. The host was responsive to questions and helpful, and everyone loved our stay! Thank you!
