Stayed Aug 17, 2025Beautiful penthouse, very spacious, amazing location, 1 mile walk to Aquarium, short walk to many restaurants and cafes, short walk to beautiful coastline trail.Great communication with property manager. Pacific Grove is a hidden gem. We hope to stay here again when we return in the future.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025An absolutely stunning property. We were two families with three small kids and it perfectly suited our needs. Between the two houses we had absolutely everything we needed. The view was gorgeous and the location was fantastic, walking distance to restaurants, a great walking paty and Lover's Point. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 16, 2025This property was perfect for our family! We were in town for a bridal shower, and The Grove Penthouse Apartments was a perfect place to stay for our whole family. Walking distance to yummy restaurants and fun stores. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family of 8. There was plenty of space for everyone. The location was perfect! Right next to downtown Pacific Grove and the beach. Walking distance to Canary Row, and 15 min drive into Carmel. Can’t wait to visit again! Thanks to Kristina for answering all our questions and being so responsive.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024We have stayed at this property twice now and absolutely love it. The location, the layout of the property, the amenities and especially the property manager, Kristina, who is super attentive, before during and after our stays. She is always responsive whenever there is a question or issue about the property. When we mentioned that one of the appliances was having issues during this stay, she thanked us for the feedback and purchased a new one for future residents. We can’t recommend this place enough, especially for families with young children like ours.

Stayed Sep 4, 2024This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. It was perfect for our two families! The kitchens were beautiful, and the huge deck was great for having cocktails with its amazing views. We loved that we were able to walk to several restaurants in both Pacific Grove and Monterey. We also walked to the aquarium, and appreciated the 4 aquarium passes that come with the home! We will be back!!
