Downtown Omaha Little Italy Row House

The house was clean, well laid out for a group of 4 and the beds were comfy!

Great as always

We stayed for a long weekend. We were going to a concert and wanted to be close to old Market and the zoo and this place was in the perfect location! The house is beautiful and the beds were comfy. Would stay here again!

We never received the app. Asked multiple times and when asked for at least the address after paying in full, was disrespected. With no app,we were unable to enter the property. When we asked for help entering, I was acussed of being snotty. Then was threatened to be kicked out for being too demanding when we hadn't even entered the property yet. I had three other people try to find the app thinking maybe I had missed something and they couldn't find it either! We had no way of entering or exiting. We used the garage door opener to get in and out. The garage reeked because there was garbage in the dumpster for at least the past 4 occupants. Inside the place looked clean but appliances were filthy. Only 2 washcloths for the three people they thought were coming and not even a frying pan or bakeware to cook with. We left it cleaner than we got it. Couldn't ask for help as we were threatened with eviction.

Overall the stay was great. The home was super clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The location was great, close enough to walk to Old town and a super quick drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

Super great location if planning to walk around Old Market. Easy to walk to. House was very clean, comfortable furniture. Train is super close so that gets loud but knew that would be the case from other reviews so we were prepared for that. Location and house itself outweighed the train in my opinion!

We loved our stay and the house was beautiful

Our stay was fantastic - all pictures accurately portray the location - the kitchen and livingroom space are perfect for shared family time. The only thing of note is that everything is accessed via two sets of stairs - it was not difficult for our travelers, But if you have older companions this could be an issue as all bedrooms are up two flights of stairs All in this place was great and we would stay again!!

Great location, however morning wake-up by AMTRAK. Got used to it, actually reminded us of Europe. Easy access, plenty of street parking, garage will not fit F150 Supercrew truck. Good price and would stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Clean and modern and well supplied. Beds were comfortable and towels were fluffy. We arrived via Amtrak and had probably less than 100 yards to walk to get to this rental—couldn’t have been better. And the neighborhood is lovely as well—well taken care of and charming. We were able to easily walk to Via Farina, a really good Italian restaurant. We enjoyed our time here, and my husband is already planning a return visit.

The stay was fantastic. We highly recommend. Location was very accommodating for our trip. The place was clean and safe. Communication was great! We will definitely be back when visiting the Omaha area.

This house was perfect for our family plus two more adults. Twin beds in the living area worked out great, they're nice than the usual rollaway we see at hotels. Whole place was modern, new and super clean. Fully stocked kitchen was super helpful but good restaurants right up the street were a nice option. Nick was very responsive to my questions, as well. 10/10 - I would stay here again.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Not far from old market and in a cute little neighborhood. House was clean and perfect for us 4 adults and 2 babies. The garage is smaller, it barely fit my Ford Explorer. Be mindful of this if you have a suburban or Yukon XL, but there is parking on street out front. Plenty of kitchen products to use and laundry which has a nice bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place. Great location for us. We bounced back and forth from Omaha to Council Bluffs. This was easy no matter which direction we went. Very clean and spacious! We were very pleased and will stay again next time in town.

Row house was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Nick was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. Worked great for our family of 5. They loved the 1 minute walk to Orsi's :) Would definitely stay again the next time we visit.
