We enjoyed the great location of this VRBO and beautiful views of the mountains. The rooms were a great size with comfortable beds. We highly recommend staying at this location.

Close to town, convenient to get to attractions in area

Mutiple bugs found in building. Crickets and flying bugs. AC was set at 70 and still needed fans. Area was not the best as well.

This was the perfect location! Beautiful mountain views while you watch the sun rise and set, and just minutes from everywhere you want to go.

Great place. I would have given it a 5 star rating but the internet was a bit slow, the sofa really needs to be replaced, and would be nice to have laundry facilities inside. Was kinda dark going behind the house at night. Otherwise great place.

Pros: Full kitchen with most basic items available. Blender, toaster, etc are all there. Linens were very well made available and stacked in a modern bathroom. You walk outside and you are LITERALLY looking at mountains. Within 5 min of Old Co. Sprgs, with amazing (non-commercial) ma-n-pa shops. Close to amazing restaurants like Mountain Shadows (get there early for the Cinn Rolls). Within 5 min to Walmart (for grocery/other shopping). Cons: Many pots/pans without lids, ad hoc set of glasses (2x type A, 3x of type B, 1x type C. Electric range was slower than most to get going, but that's fairly typical. Only 4 plates, which means even though we slept 5x ppl, we had to get some paper plates, otherwise we'd have to run dishwasher or hand wash after [every] meal. Overall: We didn't go there to worry about dishes, stocked ktichen etc, we came for the environment, mountains and Colorado. We'd stay there again but would come more prepared :).

Pros: location is great and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and bed linens clean. Plenty of bath towels and wash rags but did have a couple stains. Check in went well. Cons: the pictures online look fantastic. The place is actually more run down with rips in the couch, shower curtain falling down with a rusty curtain rod, trash can in bathroom still had a feminine napkin on the lid, and kitchen was minimally stocked with only one small plate, no pitcher, and the tv does not work with Apple. When we did try to mirror, the guests below came to the door and were upset we were connecting to their tv even though we were using the WiFi and Samsung TV listed on the screen. We also had to wash and put away all dishes, clean out the refrigerator, take out the trash, put towels in bathroom, clean coffee maker. Seemed a bit much since the cleaning fee was charged. The upper floor is warmer but the fans help with that.

Beautiful place, close proximity to restaurants and bars. Quit neighborhood. Jad a pleasant time

Was a great place to stay! Very clean and friendly with an awesome view! Was close to town and all the fun activities.

This VRBO was very clean, had everything we needed, and was less than 15 minutes to so many things -- downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, the Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon Open Space, and North Cheyenne Canon Park. Really worked out well for our family.

The location of the house was perfect for us. It was centrally located and a short driving distance to all of our destinations. The house was extremely clean - something that is very important to me. I would say it’s the cleanest vacation home we’ve stayed in.

Loved having space for family to both convene AND have privacy -- great living room, dining space, and kitchen upstairs with mountain views; 2 bedrooms and bath downstairs. Because I cook where I stay, kitchen cleanliness was an issue for me. In cabinets I found multiple oily pans, and dried food on several plates. So long as I rewashed before I used things, kitchen was convenient, functional, very nice!
