Nestled above El Alma’s famous Rooftop patio and Terry Black’s world renowned BBQ joint, the house is steps from Austin’s most iconic restaurants, bars, parks, trails, and swimming holes making this
home the perfect home base for friends and families who want to check out what all Austin has to offer.

This Chef's dream kitchen is spacious; perfect for entertaining with Wolf appliances and a stunning Wenge countertop people will obsess over! The kitchen hosts a Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine fridge and beverage fridge.

The open kitchen seamlessly connects the Great Room and main floor covered balcony. The Great Room is full of windows, gas fireplace, with Sonos surround sound and a 65-inch TV - great for watching sports or binging your favorite Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max or Apple TV shows.

For dinner gatherings, the windowed dining room possesses a beautiful 8 person wood dining table, a gorgeously modern chandelier, and Sonos ceiling speakers.

The main living area opens to a huge covered balcony that is arguably the best space in the home. There you will find a professional Lynx gas grill, 6 person dining table, and a full couch (ideal for napping) and two swivel chairs - perfect for those summertime gatherings. Right off the deck you will be surrounded by huge Live Oaks that keep the roofed deck cooler in the summer months, but if that isn't enough there are ceiling fans and wall heaters that will keep you comfortable.

The Primary bedroom is on the top floor and has the feeling of a tree house. When you wake in the morning and open the blackout curtains you are left with unobstructed views of dazzling Downtown and West Austin. Just steps away from the king size bed is a luxurious bathroom with a heated bidet, walk-in shower, and soaking tub with private views of down through three large windows. For additional sleeping arrangements, we have converted the large walk in closet to a small bedroom off of the Primary bedroom with two twin beds.

The Guest bedroom below the primary is great for those who love a routine. In here you will find a Hasten King size bed, office area with printer and Peloton. Shutters keep the room dark and cool in the summer, but once you open them you have beautiful natural light that invades the space. Want to get your exercise in before the day gets away from you The Peloton is located in a nook that overlooks the lagoon pool, Butler park and downtown Austin. Just a right turn from the bedroom is where you have a full bathroom that is shared with guests on the main floor.

Below the Main level of the home is where all the fun happens. The large family room, surrounded in windows, that has an 8-foot modern billiards table, a 55 inch TV with an XBox, a couch and chairs, a turntable with an abundance of records, and ceiling speakers that envelop the room with joy.

Next to the large family room downstairs are two more bedrooms with king beds that share a Jack n' Jill bathroom, which can be separated from pocket doors, providing privacy from the walk-in shower. Sinks on each side of the doors allows people to get ready at the same time.

Right outside the sliding glass door of the family room is the Oasis of a backyard with Live Oaks towering over. The spa with its rock formations that allow water flow into the heated pool makes you feel like you're in a beautiful hot spring. An added bonus to this area is a changing room right next to the pool so you can hop out and be dry before heading inside. The spa is free to heat, but there is a $100 per day charge to heat the pool.

Guests have access to the entire home, but the closet to the hot water tanks and garage are for owner access only.

The house is centrally located and guests can enjoy easy access to Austin’s most desirable amenities by walking, via ride-share, abundant scooters, nearby city bus stop and rental car.

The house has three off-street parking spots, additional street parking permit can be requested.

Guests will be provided with front door lock code prior to check in. Guests have access to the entire home, front/backyard, private pool and hot tub. Only a single closet and garage are for owner access only.

The house is 20 minutes to Austin International Airport depending on traffic.

The house is perched high above Barton Springs road just south of downtown and near Austin’s most desirable areas including Bouldin Creek, South Lamar (SOLO), South Congress (SOCO), and downtown. The lovely Butler Park across Barton Springs is a great place to take kids to go play, ride a bike, visit a dog park, and walk the famous Hike and Bike Trail on Lady Bird Lake. The home is perfect home base for ACL, SXSW, F1, weddings and other special events in Austin.

A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No parties.
B. All guests shall abide by SPRKhost’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
C. Pets are not permitted unless specifically preapproved by the SPRKhost.
D. Renter must be at least 28 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
E. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    The Downtown Oasis is amazing! The home is absolutely gorgeous and very well laid out. It's very private while still being in the hub of Austin. We loved the patio and the hot tub. There is also so much space to congregate together but also have your own space. If you like BBQ there is an amazing place about a block away. A huge thank you to Rachel! Who not only went out of her way in a short timeframe to accommodate us but also actively reached out to solve problems we weren't even aware of yet. 5 Star hosts!!!

    We travel a lot as a family, and we collectively said this was our favorite house we've stayed in. The layout was perfect. Allowed for community, solitude, entertaining, eating, playing cards, etc. Our two 18 kids had the lower level bedrooms like their very own Suite, and parents and young kids had a separate Suite upstairs. It was perfect. The multiple patios and seating areas created a lot of variety. The kitchen was fantastic, especially loved the beverage fridge. Will stay here again in Austin. Location was indeed perfect. 1 mile to downtown and 1 mile to shopping street Congress.

    We celebrated the engagement of our daughter and all our family felt so comfortable in this very spacious home that gave all of us a comfortable king bed, a well stocked kitchen, and a covered patio so we could spend time outdoors in rainy weather. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again for sure!

    This place is awesome. Home has everything and more that you could think of. Views of downtown skyline from upstairs master suite are incredible. Easy to get to all of your downtown activities and amazing restaurants. Rachel and her team are very attentive and readily available for anything. Absolutely will be back in the near future. Highly, highly recommend this property!

    We had a fantastic stay. Our son got engaged at the nearby Zilker Botanical Gardens, and we hosted a small luncheon afterward for our families and a few close friends. The house was absolutely perfect—beautiful, well-equipped, and so comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was well appointed and made hosting easy, and the patio off the kitchen and living room was a favorite gathering spot.The dads even managed to enjoy the pool between work calls, and the pool table on the lower level added some extra fun for everyone. The location couldn’t have been better for showing the soon-to-be in-laws around Austin. The host was very responsive as well. We truly had a wonderful time and felt right at home. We look forward to staying at this property again on future visits to Austin.
