Great location to Broadway. Quite neighborhood. 10 uber ride to broadway

Nice and clean, quiet clean neighborhood, comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, big refrigerator, nice big shaded back yard to hang out in, 9 or so Uber ride to Broadway with no more than a 5 minute wait. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location in Nashville, especially to get to Bridgestone, super clean and comfortable, and very quiet at night!

Two of my friends and I stayed in Nashville for three nights at the house. It was just as advertised: very clean, large back yard, a working gate out front!! The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk everywhere in downtown Nashville. Stores and coffee shop a short drive away. If you don't like to walk freeway access is easy to get anywhere you want to go.I messaged the owner twice with questions and they were very responsive. We thought the place was great. I have an event at the fairgrounds next year and am thinking I might just want to stay at this property--cost wise it is a great deal.10/10 in all categories for sure.

Pictures really oversold this place and the neighborhood was sketchy.

Beautiful comfortable home. So close to Trevecca Nazarene University. Would definitely stay here again to visit with my grandson who is going to Trevecca. Got a kick out of gate sign. Didn’t care for parking on the road.

Great location just outside of downtown. Was a quick easy 5 min uber ride to all our favorite destinations.

This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had.Problems started immediately - the door code didn’t work upon arrival. While the host did respond and reset it after a few minutes, this was just the beginning of a nightmare stay.•One bed with soiled sheets containing bodily fluids (semen)•Other beds with dirty, wrinkled sheets covered in leaves - clearly not cleaned•Foul-smelling towels •Towel rack that fell apart when touched (not properly secured)•Refrigerator making knocking noises on and off all night that prevented sleepI reported the unsanitary conditions immediately to the host Paul with photographic evidence. His initial response was to dismiss it as “maybe a stain” and claim the sheets were “most certainly clean.” I saw later that he did offer to come clean the sheets, but by that point it was late at night, I had already given up on the property, and decided to leave first thing in the morning. The sheets should have been clean BEFORE my arrival - this is basic hospitality.I did not sleep that night. I attempted sleeping in the twin bed as it appeared the “cleanest” of three dirty beds. I left the next morning.I’ve filed a formal complaint and requested a full refund. VRBO has not responded after several days. I’ve called again and disputed the charge on my credit card.

Quick stay, enjoyed the house. Clean and outfitted with all we needed. Quick 5 min uber to honky tonk row, 15 min to grand old opery, and walkable restaurants and bars close to the house. Thanks for accommodating our late check out! If we are in Nashville again, we will definitely stay again!
