Downtown Modern Loft Home - Within Walking to Boardwalk & Beaches - Pets OK.

Awesome house close to downtown area. Owner was easy to work with and available if need be.

Perfect spot for my group of friends and I to spend a long weekend! It was spacious with great proximity to shops/restaurants and the beach. Would recommend!

Steve is a very gracious host, and was quick to act on a couple minor things that occurred at the beginning of our stay. Overall very nice place to stay. Master suite is a loft, and open to downstairs living, which needs to be put into his add.

We liked the size and location of the home. It is next to Asbury Ave., we sat on the front porch a lot, Steve is very nice & told us about the fireworks from the bay which we watched from front porch, the walk to beach is good, there is a restaurant called Cinco de Mayo 3 houses down that is great. The home is decorated nicely too. We would stay there again. Steve is a pleasure to work with.

Steve was a great host. A huge home. We certainly enjoyed staying there Loved the 2 Living rooms. Out the back door and onto Asbury ave. Lots of neat shops and good places within walking distance for eats. A little walk to the boardwalk but certainly doable for us. Would like to come back again

This is the second time my husband and I stayed here and it was just as nice as the first time. The place is exceedingly clean, the furniture is comfortable and it was a pleasure interacting with Steve. You would never know you were in a vacation rental, it truly feels like a home away from home. Loved the proximity to the shops and restaurants on Asbury, the keyless entry and the quietness of the area. Great having a reserved parking spot out back. We were able to spend time on the front porch and back deck this time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Being able to bring our dog is always appreciated. Highly recommend this place. Thanks Steve!

The owner Steve was great! The location was great, close to the boardwalk and walkable to many restaurants….was a fun week!

My kids and I needed a relaxing week after we lost my husband (their father) in February to cancer. It was our first vacation as a family of 3 and I was nervous about booking it all on my own. Steve made the process seamless. He was easy to get a hold of for any questions which put my mind at ease and made us feel comfortable. Best part, my two fur babies were able to join us. Luna and Loki (our labs) enjoyed the accommodations I think as much as we did. Plenty of space for additional family to visit. Beautiful rear deck for enjoying that early morning cup of coffee. Two living rooms with televisions so my two teens didn’t have to argue over what to watch, which is a huge plu! Lol! I Close to shops and not a bad walk to beach and boardwalk. Beds were especially comfortable, which is not always the case when renting. The kids and I (and Luna and Loki of course) would definitely book with Steve again! Thank you for being an amazing host to my family.

The property was lovely and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need to make a meal!! The home is walking distance from many restaurants, shopping on Asbury, and grocery stores. If you have small children, it may be a little too far from the beach. But for families with bike-riding kids and older children it’s fine. Steve’s communication throughout the entire process was top notch!

Overall everything was as promised. Great experience!
