Downtown modern home in a great location

Quiet neighborhood and close to just about anything we wanted to do. The house was just big enough for 7 of us. We would love to rent from this place again.

Great house and location. The house is a great size and so well maintained. We will stay again as we have family in the area and this is a great place when we all are able to see each other. Thank you for everything.

Great location

The house was spotless. Easy walk to the downtown area and everything is nearby. The upstairs bedrooms were a little warm, but overall a great place!!

This property was one of our favorites, (right up there with a wonderful condo we once rented in Key West Florida)! We did not have to contact the owners for anything. It was one of the cleanest VRBO's we've ever stayed in. Decorated well, comfortable furnishings, plenty of Keurig coffee kcups in various flavors made it very handy and pleasant mornings. The yard was exceptional and easy access to vehicles with a driveway and parking for up to 3 vehicles. The only issue we encountered was a single 1/4 step from dining area into kitchen which became a trip hazard but after the first couple of stubbed toes, we learned our lesson. The step is well lit with rope lighting. it Just caught us off guard the first few times of stepping over it. The property is very close to everything, down town, marina, Meijer Grocery store and restaurants. Our favorite was the enclosed front porch with full double hung windows for morning coffee time. Very peaceful. The driveway was the only issue, really not an issue tho....having to be extra vigilant in exiting or pulling in. Jackson St., is a somewhat busy street but not too busy. It's best to back in the driveway if you are skilled and have patience. We did not have any issues with backing in, or pulling out of the driveway. We'd definitely stay there again! We loved it.

House was nicely decorated with casual charm and cleanliness. There was ample space for our family. Access to the property was easy and location was just 5 minutes from the beach and lighthouse. Area was safe and stores and restaurants were conveniently located nearby. Yard was fenced in and spacious and there is a garage available for use. You will enjoy your stay here!

Very clean and a short walk to the downtown area. Arrival and departure where flawless. This place worked perfectly for a bunch of golfers staying in town for a few days.

This was a great place to stay in town for a wedding! Plenty of room for all of us - everything was very clean and the location was great. Bonus was we could walk to Culver’s (we don’t have one where we live!) Loved going downtown.

This is an absolute 5-star home and location in Grand Haven. It is conveniently located off the main north-south road, and a 15 minute walk into town. There is a great restaurant/bar and a Biggby Coffee Shop a block away. This home is updated, clean, and very comfortable with all linens and towels provided. It has an ice maker, Keurig and small basket combo coffee maker, and a full kitchen. The back yard is spacious and private with a grill and firepit. There is an enclosed front porch that is great for coffee in the morning. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay! This was by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in—immaculately maintained and spotless throughout. The home had plenty of space for our family of five, with tons of closet and storage space that made it easy to settle in comfortably. The location was perfect—close to the social district for restaurants and shopping, and just a short drive to the beach. We’d absolutely stay here again!
