Communication before arriving was great. First bizarre thing was when we opened the garage their was a Jeep parked in it. Cant remember if that was mentioned before hand but it's something we have never experienced before. The condo is in a great location but it has not been treated well. There is a huge crack in the kitchen floor. There are several coffee makers in different levels of repair. The water pressure is horrible and it took 15 minutes to get warm water in the master bathroom shower. The other upstairs bathroom shower drains weren't working. We also requested additional pillow cases for some of the pillows at the condo, we were told someone would come by and get us some, but no one ever came. We have stayed at this complex before and had a second condo rented across the street this time as well. I would definitely stay in the complex again, but, unfortunately, I would avoid this unit next time we come to Moab.

Seamless experience, hosts were very responsive. House had everything you need for a base camp to your adventures. The peeling linoleum on the kitchen floor needs to be addressed, but it adds character.

Great property for our adventure through Arches. Kids loved the ability to come back in the afternoon and go to the pool to cool off and splash around! Convenient location to all the things in Moab.

The property was super nice and had great amenities. Lots of room and very clean and quiet place. Communication with the host was great. Overall it was a great experience and would stay there again

We were a group of 7 staying here. The condo had plenty of room and allowed us to spread out. Would recommend fixing the damaged kitchen floor and shower light in the upstairs bathroom. We really enjoyed the location. Quick to get to restaurants in downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Great place to stay with a large group.

The host was very responsive and kind. However, we feel that the listing didn't match the actual condo. This place was outdated and run down. The carpet was dirty, the linoleum flooring was falling apart, tiles were cracked, the countertops were formica. For over 500 per night, I was expecting a lot better.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only real negative was that we only had access to half of the two car garage and could have really used the full garage. (I understood the listing to indicate we had full access). But, that was really pretty minor.The home is in a great location, with lots of space, and very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, could use some minor repairs but overall beautiful property and great location.

Great Condo, Very Spacious, Clean, affordable, Great Location. Awesome Hot Tub!!

My friends and I had a great time staying at this cute duplex. It's very spacious and clean, with plenty of room. The hosts had everything we needed there and even some games and entertainment around which we enjoyed. I think I told my boyfriend I wish we had a duplex like this 20 times. This would be awesome for a big family or a group of friends like what we did. I appreciate that the list of cleaning instructions was optional, because I personally feel if I'm paying a cleaning fee I should not have to strip a bed. Our only complaints were the hot tub listed on the listing was closed (I know it's winter but it's a hot tub) and the bunk beds definitely need some screws tightened. Luckily we didn't end up needing those for our group. Overall a great experience and good value for the price.
