Downtown Memphis Private Garage & Roof Top Patio Walk 2 blocks to Beale Street

My 3 adult daughters and I stayed here for our 2nd Mother/Daughters trip. It is in a great location - an easy, short walk to the Orpheum Theater and Beale Street. We felt very safe walking there at night. We ate our meals out but could have cooked in as there is a fully equipped kitchen. Loved that there were 2 1/2 bathrooms instead of the 1 we shared on the last trip we took. We were able to park both a truck and a car in the 2 car garage. We did not need to do laundry but there is a washer and dryer. We ate at 2 of the owner's recommendations - Arcade Cafe for breakfast (twice) and the Rendezvous Restaurant for delicious ribs. The location was very easy to drive in and out of Memphis. Would stay there again.

The property was very nice and had most of what we needed. The gated garage area was great and appreciated. The location was very good as it only took a short walk to Beale Street. My only issue was it said it had room for 6 which would include two people in a smaller bed or on a pullout couch which seemed misleading. However, everything else was nice and as advertised.

The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfy. There are a lot of stairs, but from previous reviews, we were aware of this before booking. The location is great. As other reviewers stated, there is a nightclub right across the street, that is very busy. The main issues we had, were a leak in the master bathroom, the pantry was locked (even though book stated we were welcome to whatever was in there), the alarm had low batteries and continually beeped and most importantly, there was no toilet paper!! I texted Kaci about the toilet paper issue and she got back to me saying she would drop some off the next morning. We never received the toilet paper or a text that she was not going to be able to do this.

Very welcoming and comfortable! Very close to great restaurants and Beale Street. Visiting Graceland was the high point - would recommend highly.

If you’re looking for an Air BB this is your stop! The host was very much in contact for any questions we had. Security was amazing. The garage is huge for parking so no need to park on the street. The location is absolutely perfect. You can walk to just about anything. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was so nice

Owners were responsive. Check in and out was easy. This property is located near popular sites. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The downtown location is walkable to a ton of restaurants and sites to see. The location, aside from the nightclub, was ideal. If you like creature comforts in your kitchen, this one has everything you could possibly need. It is a cute place, but unfortunately, the loud nightlife across the street is a dealbreaker for us in the future. This is the only reason I couldn’t give five stars. I wish I had done my research and better understood that the nightclub directly across the street is extremely loud until 2 AM on weekend nights. We travel with sound machines, and the owner also provides them, but unfortunately it could not mask the live DJ on his microphone and rhythmic thumping of hip-hop bass coming through the windows from the night club directly across the street. It wasn’t every night (thank goodness). If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you.

Excellent location, very comfortable beds, large comfy coach and well appointed family room to hang out, play games or watch TV, host had coffee pods or grounds available which is always appreciated, laundry available and easy to access

Great Pleace! Only a Few Blocks from Jazz and Beale St. The host is very kind and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Was good size for three friends. Host followed up after check-in to make sure no issues. Easily walkable to Beale St, great coffee shops, restaurants, and even the Civil Rights Museum. The rooftop deck was great for relaxing with friends.

Location was great - walk to Beale St. The house has a gated parking area including 2 car garage- very nice bonus.

We have stayed at this property before and had a great experience. This time was no exception. The property wsa clean, homey, safe and gave us easy access to both Beale Street and the River Arts Fest. Parking is very secure, in a gated garage underneath the building. The area is up and coming, with many new or renovated buildings, and we explored several nearby new-to-us establishments and were very plesaed. We never had to use our vehicle; we walked to everything we wanted to do. The townhouse has lovely new flooring in the bedrooms this year. Everything was easy to use. We will be back to Kaci's place!

Parking was secure. Great walkable location

Parking was through a locked gate controlled by keypad which led to a below building garage with automatic door and an entrance to the apartment. Could not have been better or safer.The location was terrific. Very close yet far enough to be quite.

The location of the property couldn't have been better, within walking distance of the best of Memphis dining location and music venues. We really enjoyed being across the street from one of Memphis oldest tavern, The Green Beatle, the staff and Manager Mike made this place our main watering hole! The property was clean and had many added amenities that made our trip memorable.

Wonderful family first time trip to Memphis. Location was perfect! Just a 10 minute walk to Beale Street. The beds were super comfortable!

We had a good experience staying at this property. The townhouse proximity to all the sites we visited was very easy to reach. We didn't even have to drive at all. The property was clean and the decor was simply charming. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Memphis, TN.

Property was extractly like photos the place was really nice and the location was PERFECT in walking distance to everything we wanted to visit while on our stay. Would definitely recommend, i would also stay again if available if i ever were to visit the Memphis area again. LOVED OUR STAY..

The property was amazing. Main St is a block over from the Condo. The property was safe with a gated parking lot and a garage.

Friends and I just checking out Memphis. This property was safe (gated, gated parking) and super convenient for us. Close to Beal Street and the Civil Rights museum. Had no issues at all.

Great place really nice and has a garage for your car. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and entertainment. Very beautiful place with 2 full baths and a half bath. Also a rooftop deck which was great. Walking distance to staduim to watch Thunder vs Grizzles game. Thunder won which was great. GO OKC thunder!!!

The property,everything inside was nasty carpet, rails, Washer mildew inside They said Four bedrooms it was only two bedrooms, third bedroom was inside A closet which was in the bathroom and Master bedroom while talk to agent About the unit Someone tried to enter unit By using the code door unlocked Someone was trying to come inside call police, Unit was unsafe,Only there for 2 hour and had to leave. couldn’t get money back fighting it right now didn’t stay and couldn’t get my money back refunded

The house had dirty carpet, roof top deck was in poor condition, garage was a total mess, kitchen drawers were filled with clutter and unnecessary waste, hot water tank was not working-however after our second night was repaired, pillows in main room are extremely dated, but in general the main room was nice!

It was very nice. Quite central. I would simplify the TV controls (Roku). The 3 remotes are quite confusing.

The property is in an excellent location for enjoying all that Beale Street and Memphis have to offer. All venues with the exception of Graceland were with in easy walking distance. This property is NOT a 4 bedroom facility. It IS a two bedroom with a sleeping bed in the Master Bedroom closet. Cleanliness was ok not great! Property Manager was very responsive.
