Downtown McKinney Modernized Historical home

The host was friendly and open to helping us throughout the stay. Overall, things were pretty good. It did get quite cold inside, sepecially in the shared spaces. There were plenty of space heaters avaialble to help. Heating was uneven. The rooms could get too hot if the room door was cold, and upstairs gets hotter than downstairs (no zoned heating). We found that several dishes were not fully cleaned and the kettle neede cleaning and descaling. We also noticed some windows were left unlocked. Overall though, we had a pleasant stay and the location was great.

The hostess was probably one of the most kindest people through email. He constantly stayed in contact with me. I can't find a negative thing to say about the property.

A wonderful stay in downtown McKinney! Comfortable and clean. Lots of off street parking and a relaxing backyard to hang out in with friends and family! The host was great too.

The location was perfect to enjoy downtown McKinney. We had a wonderful time catching up, playing games, and shopping and dining in McKinney.

Quiet neighborhood, large backyard, and plenty of room for all of us. Great communication with the host. The only downside is the stairs are on the narrow side.

We had a great stay! There is plenty of room and the ping pong table in the back yard kept the kids entertained! Would definitely book again!

We did enjoy our stay and would book again. I do want to share….arriving after dark with no outside lighting on. The lock on door wasn’t working, but I contacted the owner and he did respond quickly with a solution. So I guess the only complaint was the outside lighting.

Great open plan for a group of friends to visit. Comfortable seating in living room, large dining table and outdoor seating. Bedrooms were arranged well with the 2 bathrooms down stairs and one upstairs. Location was perfect for all the nice shopping and restaurants in historic downtown McKinney. We will stay again

Our stay was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated in a modern theme. The rooms were spacious, uncluttered, and the beds were comfy. Great layout for a girls weekend get-away. Owner was very responsive and friendly.

The location was perfect. It accommodated our whole family comfortably. The owner was delightful to work with and made sure we were taken care of.

The place was great for our group (5 total). Plenty of rooms (and bathrooms!) for all of us. Plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/living area to all be in comfortably. Although we never did it, the place was very walkable to town. Host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had.

The house is so cute!!! We had such a great time. The host gave us all of the instructions well before our trip.

Our family had a great time and the house was clean. The house itself needs an inspection regarding doors that don’t close properly, bathrooms that are in need of repair and other miscellaneous repairs throughout. pingpong table and fire pit were fun!! The host was very helpful!! Lived the outside

This place was amazing and its location was awesome. Right in town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet. Well stocked and sorted well. Great overall and we will definitely be back.

The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Great location, close to the McKinney Downtown Square. Home is visually appealing on a very nice lot. It rained while we were there, but would have really enjoyed the backyard/deck given the chance.

Go a long way in adding value to an experience, esp in the case of a *very* last minute booking op. To be candid, this place was unreasonably...astonishingly, satisfyingly clean. The beds, the floors, the cabinets, the shower areas, the fridge -- all desperately clean. Beyond this, the neighborhood was quiet during both the evening and following day -- no loud cars, no crying babies, no nearby construction, no barking little shi--, er, dogs. Best place I've stayed in to date via Vrbo.
