Downtown Luxury Villa on the Plymouth Waterfront

Great property! Plenty of space inside and out. Kitchen had everything we needed. Dan was easy to reach and really helpful. Awesome experience all around.

My friends and I had a great time and stay in Plymouth! Dan was a gracious and flexible host who exceeded expectations. The house was cozy and extremely clean, with the perfect outdoor space to relax and recover from a busy day of sightseeing. Looking forward to another stay in the future!

Everything was 10/10! Clean and awesome location. Everything we needed was there, even a portable crib for my son! The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful and well maintained property. The inside of the house was tastefully decorated and furnished. It is in a great and convenient location. The kitchen was well stocked to include coffee and utensils. The outside patio and hot tub area were also very nice. There were eight adults in our group and this house is not equipped to support eight adults. The listing describes the house as capable of holding up to ten guests. This is extremely misleading. The house is very small as are the rooms. There are three bedrooms which are capable of sleeping up to 6 persons. The other four persons are expected to sleep on two pull out couches which are located in the first floor common areas. These couches are not adequate for adults. We had to move two of our guests to a nearby hotel because the house/sleeping space was so small. The pull-out couches are in two very small rooms that are also the only common areas. You have to move coffee tables to another room just to open the couches. When open, the pull-outs restrict access to the only full bath and are a safety concern. There is a small table with only six chairs and the table is by the front door. Lastly, the beds and bedding are marginal. There is barely enough towels/linens, the pillows were flimsy, and the mattresses were extremely soft. I would recommend this house, but only for six guests and only if the bedding is improved..

we had an excellent stay with our family. We arrived to a very clean, nicely furnished home. The backyard was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy family time at the end of a great day!

Nice cozy updated home with a great backyard located just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and the Harbor front. We used everything from the fire pit to the hot tub and all worked as it should. Property was clean. Dan was easy to get a hold of if we had questions.

This beautiful property impressed our family. The indoor space was super clean and comfortable and the outdoor space was so much fun with a jacuzzi, firepit, and beautifully thought out patio. I highly recommend this property with it’s excellent proximity to the harbor area of Plymouth, MA.

Rented the house for my brothers wedding to sleep the groomsmen party. House was awesome, fit everybody comfortably, and was a great place to have on a busy wedding weekend. Host was more than accommodating and responsive!
