Stayed Jul 21, 2023Visit to CO Springs. Rental was close to a lot of great locations: Red Rock Canyon, Garden of the Gods, Breweries, The Broadmoor. The house basement was fun for the kids and kept them busy...foozball, pop-a-shot, etc. Bedrooms good size and nice open kitchen to living area for the 7 of us to hang out. Not much of a backyard, but it was too hot to stay out there anyway. OCC Brewery great for brunch. Safeway only a mile away. Neighborhood is just ok.

Stayed Jun 11, 2023The worst experience to date. The worst location. If we could have gotten our money back we would have left the first day! We were scared to death to stay there. Two drug addicts and a gentleman was that following us into the house. The house was so dirty we had to clean it ourselves. The only thing that was good was the communication. I would stay away!!

Stayed Sep 22, 2022This was a great spot to stay for a long weekend visiting my son at Colorado College. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The hosts were extremely easy to contact and very professional. I will be booking again next time I visit!

Stayed Jul 27, 2022We had a last minute change to our Colorado holiday that caused us to have to find lodging for a large crowd - with no plans! We chose Colorado Springs because we heard it was family friendly (and close to some attractions we wanted to see). We met my brother and his family with three young children, our family has three older children. The house was amazingly spotless with lots of space! Everyone had a bed - one of the sofa/couch + one in a pack-n-play. The kids (old and young) enjoyed the games in the basement each day! We walked to Old Colorado City for coffee and to breweries for dinner/lunch. The older kids scooted around town. I ran - hopping right on the greenway. Lots of cookware for breakfast daily and an eat in dinner/lunch. We sat out by the fire pit each evening catching up with our family who lives far away. We had easy drives to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, the zoo, Olympic Training Center, Canon City for whitewater rafting... We were sad we didn't get to stay longer. The Gatlin's were very easy to work with and helped with advice on local restaurants. Their welcome basket was a life saver with arrival snacks that helped tide over the starving teens until we went shopping. We met neighbors - who were warm and welcoming. We would stay there again - and again!
