Downtown Location, Walk to Town, Close to River, AC

This house was perfect for my family. There were four adults and two children, and the layout was great. Check-in was a breeze and excellent communication. Walking distance to town was wonderful as well.

This property was even better than expected. Very well appointed, clean fresh decor and top notch appliances. The location is ideally located close to everything. The restaurants are outstanding in Pagosa! We were never disappointed. An all-around great vacation rental and get away!

The house probably the cleanest and fully stocked with the basic housekeeping supplies, complete sets of nice dishes, glassware, cooking utensils and pots/pans! Maddie from the management company was quick and friendly to respond to my few questions before arrival. Made our vacation a breeze when we didn’t have to run to store for toilet paper or paper towels! Will definitely be booking again next year!

Beautiful home interior! The upgrade appliances were an added touch. Layout of the first floor was good. Accommodations were upscale and well thought out. Five star for these comments. Other observations and comments:-the house next door was a junk yard of old vehicles! Was a little concerned about who was living there…-the front and side yard of the house we stayed in had not been mowed in months! The weeds were up to my knees. Very messy yard and landscape. -front porch and chairs were so dirty, that I called the liaison and asked for chairs to be cleaned and cobwebs removed. -there are no towel racks in the bathroom. -no living room curtains. Felt like I was in a fish bowl, especially after dark. -there was not a Mountain View, as stated in ad.I’d give above comments a 1 or 2 star rating. Actually, I loved the warm and cozy nature of the house! I was expecting a different experience, based on the amount of money we paid to stay at this beautiful place.

Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen which is a little off-putting at night. The only other thing I would recommend would be adding lamps in the living room and master bedroom. The only option for lighting are bright overhead lights. I can' t wait to come back and stay at this property again!

Beautiful modern home just a 15 minute walk to downtown. Every amenity provided. Perfect location for a stay near all Pagosa Springs activities.

Nice neighborhood and conveniently a few minutes out of town and one block off the river. Property was nice all around, kitchen amenities were great. Only issue we had was one of the beds linens were covered in black hair all throughout. Thankfully management was quick to fix the issue. Would definitely stay here next time I’m in town
