Downtown Lava - Views, Huge Yard, Slide, Games!

Great location for family reunion or large gathering.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation ! Everyone had their own space for privacy and night time . We all enjoyed the deck for coffee in the AM and evening relaxation ! Perfect being close to down town.

Lava Look Out was perfect for our Family. It was comfortable for our group of 20. We especially enjoyed the back deck and back yard. We also loved the close proximity to the fun activities. We will definitely recommend this location to our friends and family.

Awesome property!!! We were so excited to find a place that allows a large number of people!We loved that the baby grandkids were able to sleep on one floor/level while other children made a lot of noise on a different floor. The sound/noise was not heard by the babies. The grandkids LOVED the slide. The deck off the back of the house was an perfect place to gather for meals, games and laughter.(again the noise did not bother those that were sleeping.) Plenty of space/beds for a crowd. A.c. in the bedroom(s) was an added bonus.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location!! Sad there is a limited number of people (20) allowed to stay as our extended family continues to grow.

I stayed here with my friends for my birthday. I had the best time here. Will definitely stay here again. So many rooms and beds, so cozy, beautiful place. So close to everything!

Host was amazing and very responsive, property was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, close to town, overall amazing experience. Our kids are begging to go back. Will absolutely book this property again! And best of all, no checkout instructions? I’ve never stayed at a property without strict checkout instructions. Property is exactly as pictured. It had everything needed and a great amount of space and sleeping options.

We had a great time, the hosts were helpful and communicated with us with any questions that came up. We had a house full of cousins and there was so much space everyone was able to have a good nights sleep in a comfy bed. It is close to the hot pools and lots of other Lava activities, we plan on booking with this location again in the future.

Many beds and bedrooms space to accommodate larger group. The BBQ on the deck worked well, kitchen had everything we needed to cook big family style dinners. A short distance to walk to bars, brewery and hiking trails. Great time in a fun town.

Great! Downstairs door from garage to studio is getting difficult

Great house- just as advertised, with plenty of space for our entire family. The deck and backyard are amazing and where we spent the majority of our time when we weren’t out exploring the town. The house was walking distance to town and very convenient and safe. Host was very communicative and made the whole process very easy. Would definitely stay again

We had a nice time at this location. We spent a good amount of time in the yard and deck. Our grandkids especially liked the playground set. There were plenty of bedrooms for our group. We were disappointed with the bathroom situation. The basement bathroom is very small and you have to enter the sleeping area to get to the bathroom. The kitchen had what we needed but it is very small. We enjoyed eating outside on the large table on the deck. The beds were average. Some were better than others. There is plenty of comfortable seating and places to visit. Overall I would rate it 4.5

Lovely home perfect for reunions with kids of all ages. Perfectly located for walking to all that Lava Hot Springs has to offer. Our host was very helpful and responsive. The grandkids are ready to rebook as well as the adults.

Lots of space, loved the deck that where all the magic happened. Loved being able to see the fireworks from there

We had a family/friends reunion here with a group of ten, ages 30-78, and this home was perfect for every one of us. We all traveled from the four corners of the US, so it was so nice to be able to park cars for the duration of our stay and to walk to town for groceries, refreshments, restaurants and activities! We loved the home so much that we did decide to have a full night in to make use of the deck with gorgeous views, fire pit and game rooms. Communication with Lauranna was good from booking straight through to check out. If we could give more than five stars we would. We all highly recommend this place to any groups of any ages.

We needed someplace fun but close enough for easy travel for various members of our family and this was perfect! Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and shops and the park for pickle ball. We loved that we could walk to everything! Nice rooms and nice set up for all our family. The yard was great and the games provided were used and enjoyed. two nice trees to hang a hammock! Loved the fire pit but it would of been nice to know that wood is not provided so you can plan for that. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. One of the best perks of this place was the convenience of being able to leave without a big list of to dos! This place was great!
