Downtown in this cozy pet and family friendly mid century cottage

Perfect location in the downtown area! We were able to walk to dinner every night! We had plenty of room with everything we needed during our stay. This is a comfy cottage with old charm! We’ll definitely be back!

Close to everything Blue Ridge has to offer! Shopping, dining, hiking - it's all within minutes of this location. The house is comfortable, with plenty of space for lounging after a day exploring the region. The kitchen, while not very big, is equipped with all the necessities for cooking if you wish. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot, a spacious refrigerator, an electric stove, and a microwave. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. There are two living room areas with TVs, great for relaxing before bed. There are also a lot of card and board games . All in all, it was a great space to come to after exploring Blue Ridge and neighboring towns.

A comfortable, cozy, well-stocked cottage very conveniently located in downtown Blue Ridge. Just a few blocks from Main Street. Cathy, our host, was exceptionally responsive to questions, and made us feel right at home! Would highly recommend!!

Location, value, and comfort. The home is a great way to experience all of downtown Blue Ridge which is just two blocks away. Everything you expect in a vacation rental is provided by the owners and you will be experiencing a taste of what living here would be like. The neighborhoodis also very quiet and peaceful.

This is exactly what I want from a vbro. Close to the town center, feel like a local, the house actually feels like a home, etc. This little place was perfect. It had everything we needed and more! It was even decorated for the holidays season. We would definitely come back.

We did not cook but it was well stocked with everything needed. My dog was comfortable as well. Very accommodating. The house was clean and I really appreciated the washer and dryer.

Everything you need! Comfy beds, couches. Nice to have basics in the kitchen and bathroom. Decorated in a sweet and thoughtful manner. Highly recommended.

WE had everything we needed in the home and was prt friendly . We enjoyed how close we were to the downtown area stores and restaurants.

We stayed for two nights. We were very comfortable here. The rooms were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the entrance was easy and the parking was conveniently right near the door. I am going to let everyone I know about this place and I am definitely coming back some time. The host made everything go smoothly with the notes they left for us, it made it easy to understand and follow the rules, very helpful. We loved it so much! Great neighborhood too! Great location to downtown & train & pet friendly would stay again if in the area

Arrival was flawless. Place was clean and we had everything we needed. Lots room for sleeping and others. It's a great place and so extremely close to downtown BR. We walked everywhere and got in a bit of cardio on the walk back.

This is a very cozy and spacious home! Decorated beautifully and with unique items! Great for pets with back high fence privacy fence. Roomy inside all rooms too! Lovely home, close to downtown and hiking trails, great small town!

Lovely stay in this quirky, cute bungalow. It was nice to be so close to downtown and in a safe neighborhood with sidewalks.For elderly, please be aware that the bathroom is small with a low commode and a shower that requires you to step up and over. The hosts provide everything you need to have a comfortable stay. They communicate quickly and Cathy was so gracious to mail a bag of dirty clothes we accidentally left.

Pet friendly 1950s era home with an enclosed side yard that worked well for play with our Border Collies. House was clean and well stocked. Excellent location - quiet neighborhood but easy walking distance to downtown Blue Ridge.

We went apple picking at nearby Mercier Orchards, rode on nearby Blue Ridge Train.

Very convenient location to downtown Blue Ridge. Would definitely stay here again. Fenced rear yard is helpful to people traveling with pets.

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at Gary and Cathy's VRBO. Their charming older home was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything you would need. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to downtown Blue Ridge, which was filled with great restaurants and shops. The location was perfect for exploring the area's beautiful scenery. Plus, the neighborhood felt very safe and secure. The check-in and check-out process was also a breeze, making for a smooth and stress-free stay. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway.

This home is cozy, cute and clean. We loved being able to walk to town and local breweries. Plenty of room to relax but we really didn’t spend too much time at the house. The great location allowed us to spend all our time in town or at the hiking trails.

Our favorite place to stay in Blue Ridge! Two streets from the shopping, restaurants, train ride and park. Easy walk to everything we wanted to do. Comfortable seating where my husband and I stretch out to watch our shows after we returned from shopping. The master bed was so comfortable! I slept like a baby. Kitchen is large with everything we needed. The entire home was very clean. It reminds me so much of home you will not be disappointed staying here!

Had a great time in Blue Ridge! We had never been there before but our daughter recently moved to Georgia and works in Blue Ridge so we went for a visit. We only stayed here 2 nights but really enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the price. Everything we needed was provided. Beds are comfortable. Location was great. Only 2 blocks away from numerous shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect to explore all of Blue Ridge’s wonderful shops and restaurants. The host is very responsive and accommodating.

We usually go to Gatlinburg for new years but decided to try Blue Ridge this year. It was a great decision as we enjoyed the much more relaxed small town atmosphere. The location of the home is great if you want to be close to downtown with all of the shopping and restaurants. The house itself needs some major upgrades as it looks as if it has not been touched in forty years. The price was great and if you are like us where you are just looking for a place to lay your head, I would strongly recommend.

This small, neat house is in a great location, just two blocks from Main Street and downtown Blue Ridge. Full disclosure, although we had no trouble walking downtown and back the house is definitely uphill going back. Inside, the house is much larger than it first appears . We found it clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The highlight of the trip was taking the hour long Holiday Express train ride.. thanks Steve

We were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. It was a very nice weekend.

The property was all that was listed. Easy access, Easy location to find. Central to all areas we wished to visit. House was very clean and well stocked with linens. Kitchen was very roomy and had all the needed pots/pans Plates, silverware and appliances that you would want. Seating areas large and roomy and separate if you want some alone time. This is a wonderful way to spend a vacation. Would work well for a family or 2 couples to stay in. Property management was very responsive and helpful with any questions on the first day. No need to contact after the first day. Yes this is highly recommended.

The house is.located a short walk from downtown Blueridge. We stayed for a long weekend and loved the convenience of the location. The carport was a nice perk. The house is two streets frpm downtown up a steep hill, but the walk is worth the time saved from searching for a parking spot. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
