Stayed May 8, 2026Our Mother’s Day weekend, three generations! This house and its historic charm did not disappoint. Was well appointed, and easy check-in.This historic house is three stories with the living space on the first floor, and a powder bathroom. The second floor has the primary suite, and a breathtaking bathroom! This bathroom is the only shower. Interestingly, there is also a living area with games and puzzles, a TV and a couch. The third floor is an open loft with a queen bed on either side it does have some separation it also has such a cute reading nook with a comfy chair and an amazing view. The bathroom on this floor is shared and had a tub. We spent so much time on the veranda, the company and the views could not be beat.

Stayed May 1, 2026Beautiful home with beautiful antiques. Easy walk to everything and amazing kitchen. Perfect location to watch a parade. We enjoyed lots of porch time. Bathing is amazing- all bathrooms are well appointed. There is technically 1 bedroom & then a large shared loft with 2 beds.

Stayed May 29, 2026We get away to Eureka Springs at least once or twice a year and have stayed in many lovely rental properties. This one was by far the best we have stayed in yet. It is nicely renovated and updated in the areas that matter (like the kitchen and baths), but they have kept many of the original features (like woodwork and stained glass) that make this home feel like a piece of Eureka history. It is a large home, it is very clean and well cared for, and it has everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. The location is also amazing. It is right across from the Palace Hotel and Bath House and just a tiny bit up the street from where the shops start on Spring Street. We had an amazing experience across the street (highly recommend the steam, mineral bath, and massage services) and we also learned about how the house's history is tied to the Palace Hotel and Bath House - such a unique experience.

Stayed May 15, 2026This beautifully restored house was perfect for our couples getaway! It was very clean, well-stocked, and worked really well for both our wild night out and our cozy night in. The balcony was our favorite gathering spot! It was beautifully peaceful for morning coffee and perfectly located for evening drinks and conversation while watching the happenings on the street. It was such a good location! Off the beaten path enough to be a quiet retreat after a busy day, but close enough to easily walk to the shops, bars, and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Apr 27, 2026This was the perfect house for our family gathering with my mom and sisters!! The house was very charming, inviting, and clean. The main floor was our favorite. We enjoyed the ambience of the fireplace; sitting around the room enjoying it's warmth while visiting. We opted to not go for meals and eat in with the amazing kitchen (user manual was necessary). The host was very accessible, helpful, and made check-in/check-out very easy. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Stayed Apr 9, 2026We rented this home for our family while we were in town for our daughter’s wedding, and it could not have been more perfect. The property is absolutely gorgeous—we even used it for pre-wedding photos with the bride and her bridesmaids, and the setting made those moments extra special. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with, which made the entire experience stress-free. We would highly recommend this home for any special occasion or family gathering.

Stayed Mar 16, 2026The fancy stove took a bit to understand, but we had a great stay in Eureka Springs. The house was outfitted with everything we needed and we loved the location. Our only wish is that the weather had been warmer and no one controls that ;). The host was very responsive to our questions.

Stayed Nov 6, 2025Everything was perfect, the location is very convenient. They have dedicated parking one block away down the hill and you can sometimes catch the free parking across the street. If a event scheduled has a parade, it is usually routed right down spring in front of the house. I really appreciate the amount of effort to restore this home and you feel like you are going back in time when you step inside. Hanging out on the porch relaxing before walking down spring to shop hang out was nice. Thank you for sharing this home.

Stayed May 1, 2025Historic house with modern fixtures in the heart of town. It was an easy walk to all the bars and restaurants. We stayed out on the porch about every free moment we had. The only shower is in the master so be ready for everyone to track into the master to shower. The upstairs bedrooms are private but not closed off with a door so keep that in mind in the situation you're a very private group. Ultimately however it was more fun to sacrifice those things than it was to have to drive to a house outside of town after drinking or taking a ride share.

Stayed Dec 4, 2024This house is located at the very top of the main drag of Downtown Eureka Springs. Most all of the shops and restaurants you want to see are within footsteps of your front door. Our host was beyond helpful and answered all nine million of my questions very quickly. Now for the best part - the house itself. First, this house is loved. You can tell it was restored by someone with a genuine appreciation for the homes history. It's one of the coolest houses I've ever stayed in, period. With three stories, everyone in our group has their own floor and bathroom. Even though it was winter we still sat on the balcony to people watch (with margaritas in hand.) Hands down the best stay I've had in Eureka Springs - ever.
