Downtown Home on 1.5 Acres! Perfect for ski and summer! Hot Tub and Outdoor Zen

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this rental was stocked on good cooking utensils. The hot tub was clean and in good working condition. There is a nice little fire pit a few steps away from the patio with chairs. You do have to look for it, but it’s there. It was in a neighborhood but there was definitely breathing space between houses. The house itself is beautiful. Easy check in/check out. Very close to the plaza. All in all, it was great.

This home was truly wonderful. Perfect for a week-long holiday/ski trip or anything else! Super pet-friendly and awesome exploring opportunities in backyard/arroyo with pups. Nicely decorated and super comfy with everything you need. You can walk down to the Plaza if you want, or a quick drive too. The backyard area is awesome with lots of room to hang/entertain, and the hot tub is perfect. This is the home that you'd like to have as your own all the time!

Beautiful property in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. We had a family reunion - 4 adult siblings and our 87 year old mother. We made meals and spent hours talking and catching up. It was a great home.

An absolutely wonderful home. The decorations and the character of the home are irreplaceable. The location is fantastic and very close to the plaza. We could not have asked for better.

Absolutely beautiful house and property. Very spacious and comfortable. The property is close to town but it feels like you are in your own private forest (including being serenaded by the coyotes at night). Everything was as described in the listing and the owners were super responsive to questions. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful yard and wonderful art

Beautiful property in a great location. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the wonderful patio area. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. Great communication with the host. Quiet neighborhood located close to the Plaza and Canyon road.

We loved everything about our stay!I agree with other reviews that the 4th “bedroom” would not be appropriate for a couples situation, it is more like a baby nook. A cute one!

Beautiful Santa Fe style home in a nice neighborhood. The home accommodated seven adults well with the rooms and beds. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had great amenities and even an array of spices. So others know, the house is only minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza but not walkable due to no road shoulder or sidewalks part of the way. My only complaint is that towels, toilet paper, and trash bags were limited.

House was terrific, clean, and beautiful! The house was well stocked and had so many places to relax - both inside and out.Myself and husband, along with our two little ones. my mom, my brother and sister in law abs our dogs all enjoyed the house so much. Location was great and close to everything in Santa Fe.We will be back - thank you for a wonderful stay.

Easy to get everywhere from here. Secluded just enough. Pretty much everything we needed was there. I'd say my only complaint is that for us who don't read the details, the 4th room explanation needs to be up front. That room is within the master bedroom. So basically, our son slept in that room with us. There's not a door to it, but rather a privacy screen.

Beautiful house and very helpful host!

We had a great time in Santa De over President’s Day weekend. Lots of space to lounge and entertain. Everyone had their own room with the exception of our youngest daughter whose room was located in the master suite. Location was close to downtown and short 30 minute drive to the Ski Santa Fe area.

The house was absolutely great! Hot tub was refreshing after skiing all day on the mountain. Host was prompt to reply and helped with any questions I had. Great location to town and to Ski Santa Fe.

The homes in this neighborhood are carefully placed so that everyone feels very private. The views out the kitchen and living room window are amazing. I would consider it a 3.5 bedroom and our granddaughter enjoyed staying in that alcove. I love to cook, and this was the best organized, With the best equipment to date. What a fabulous retreat! The owners were most helpful.

The house was absolutely amazing and the decor was wonderful and everything felt so comfortable. Our large group was very comfortable in the space. The outside area was delightful and felt great after a hot day wandering around the plaza. We were able to walk to the plaza avoiding trying to park.

Supposed to be 4 bedrooms. There were 3 bedrooms with a twin bed in a 6ft by 6ft closet inside the master bedroom. Apparently they believe that is a bedroom. It made for a difficult arrangement when I needed separate bedrooms for adults

Our family of five with three of our kids - ages 22, 20, 17 - thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The place was spacious - both inside and out - and comfortably fit us. The kitchen was well equipped and we spent a lot of quality time together cooking and eating together outside. The outdoor space was even better than expected and the weather this past week was perfect. We’d definitely stay there again if we returned to Santa Fe. It was a great stay!
