Downtown, ground floor studio near the ocean w/patio, outdoor dining area & more

It was quiet, very clean, and a comfy bed.

Travelers with limited mobility will have difficulty negotiating the petite bathroom. Must climb up, at least 6 inches or more, to get in and out of the shower without grab bars. Commode is low. Remaining studio is an open plan. Kitchenette is well done and adequately stocked.

That it was clean and we were allowed to do an early check in.

The apartment was cute and it was nice to have all the appliances while on a vacation. Quick walk to see the water and to eat at Red’s. The bathroom was the only area of complaint: the door didn’t close completely, the shower curtain smelled, and the shower head was attached with a magnet and not adjustable (I tried adjusting and the head popped of the magnet and sprayed water all over the bathroom). But overall, it was a good stay.

This place was very clean, communication was great as well as location to exploring Boothbay Harbor, Ocean Point walk and Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens! The guy that lives upstairs was SO friendly and fun to talk to- he gave us lots of ideas of things to do and places to eat in the area! A bonus! We did also appreciate the individually wrapped kitchen sponges and soap!

Very cute

Perfect location for walking to much of what the beautiful town of Wiscasset has to offer. Dedicated parking space was right next to the unit. A small kitchenette had everything we needed for our short visit. Bed was comfortable. Outdoor seating areas were nice and had a water view.

Comfortable and clean. Great location for exploring the area. Easy off street parking. Good wifi if you need it. Walking distance to restaurants. Outdoor grill. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities.

We were only able to stay for two nights, but wish our stay couldve been longer! We wouldve loved to explore more of the area! Beautiful and quaint!

Perfect spot and perfect size for my husband and I to stay to help with my son's wedding. Close to everything downtown and only 2 miles from wedding venue. No noise even though there was another place above us. Had induction cooktop whic was easy to use to cook breakfast. Ample size bathroom, bed was comfy. It had a small fan but recommend an AC unit for those sunny hot days. It's Oct so to be fair, they may have had one and taken it out. But it was very humid for this time of year and had to leave the door open at night with no screen.. These were the cleanliness issues, mold on the bottom of the plastic shower curtain. I move the night stand to use for the fan and it was full of cobwebs and we did the dishes and found the drying mat under the sink was either moldy or dirty. The only other issue was the coffee maker did not work right on the 3rd morning. But these things would not deter me from renting again, but may affect others so want to let the owners know, so they can be attended to for the next guests.

Comfortable and clean room in heart of Wiscasset; all the amenities including full-kitchen. Directly across from Sheepscot River

The check-in was easy. The place was spotless. The bed was comfortable. You can see the river from the patio and walk to shops and restaurants. Even though it is only few hundred feet off of Rt. 1, it was very quiet.
