This is a beautiful home and just as described. The host responded quickly. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful about our stay except one thing that is out of the host's control, but that I feel should have been disclosed. The train. Two came through every night at 2am and 2:45am, and another at 5am. All other aspects were great - the fireplaces, the proximity to town, the communication of the owners, so I am still leaving a 5 star review, but I wish I would have known to bring earplugs because I barely slept the entire trip.

This is the second time I've been here for my birthday dinner mainly because of the aesthetic, it's a gorgeous property with beautiful rooms in a convenient location. John is super communicative and is such a big help in making the stay comfortable.

Beautiful Townhouse in downtown Greensboro; walking distance to restaurants. Would have liked to have handtowels and extra bathtowels on arrival but John brought us more towels. Area around is a little rundown but trying to revitalize.

Beautiful property, extremely clean and well maintained! Only downside was the proximity to train tracks and train traffic (when drive by property the horn is loud and frequent). If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a sound machine or ear plugs. Otherwise a wonderful, comfortable property!

Great location to downtown, house was perfect! The host was great, checked in to make sure everything was perfect, was responsive and hugely helpful with a great book on restaurants/ activities in the area. The house was sparkling clean and well furnished. You can't go wrong!!

John was a fantastic host and was attentive to our questions and always answered immediately! The house was perfect for us, very clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

Check-in was smooth via code entry. The property was clean spacious and well styled. Right next to Elm Street with walking access to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It's also right next to the train station so you will hear the occasional train coming through.

This VRBO was absolutely stunning! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully decorated everything was. The attention to detail made the space feel both luxurious and cozy. Every room was spotless, and it’s clear the host takes great pride in maintaining the property. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and picture-perfect getaway!

This property is a beautiful and comfortable home. We truly enjoyed our New Years eve getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful. The one downside is that it is close to train tracks. So if you are a light sleeper this might not be the place for you. But we enjoyed the it so much that we will be considering staying here again for future trips to Greensboro.

Our interaction with the hosts were amazing! They took care of everything. The house is in a fantastic area although parking is rough but you can walk to a ton of places.

Great location. Place was clean, easy to access, and communication was great. We were in town for a concert and it was a great stay.

It was in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and night life. The Condo was clean and offended a lot of amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Some have mentioned the train in other reviews. I found it to be a very city vibe and it didn’t bother me. Bring a white sound machine if you don’t like city sounds. Walking distance to so many restaurants, cafes, art gallery and shops. Super artsy, unique little side of town. Of course they had everything we could possibly need. I drive a Yukon XL and parked there with a little mindfulness. Other reviews mentioned the parking. We just backed in to make it easier. It’s snug but not impossible with one car. They had all memory foam pillows so if you don’t like that, bring your own. Beautiful place. You will be satisfied.
