Beds accommodate up to seven people and there is a queen size air mattress in the basement with egress windows. Pack n play available upon request.

My 2, 16 year olds were so happy to be close to the downtown and city beach! My kids liked the TV and comfy furniture in the basement to watch a movie at night. We loved your house and we will be back again

We have stayed in Clear Lake on numerous occasions.Really enjoyed this house. Much nicer than the other accomodations.

This is a fantastic property! Comfortable space set up perfectly for hanging out and relaxing. Loved the game table and movie area in the basement. All was clean, modern, and well-decorated. Just a few blocks from downtown and the lake. Our family loved it!
The property was just as described in its listing. The house was as clean-as-can-be from top to bottom. We could see the pretty lake from the front yard. The neighborhood and entire city was lovely. Five adults stayed in the house. It had a well appointed kitchen. For three of the meals, we entertained eight adults . And seated all around the dining room table which could easily be extended from four to eight places.
We had a wonderful experience with this property! The owners were great to communicate with and were very responsive! It had everything we needed and was so comfortable and cozy!! We will definitely be looking to stay there again!!

Looking for a place close to downtown and near the beach of Clear Lake? This a perfect place to stay. This house had everything we needed and then some. From cold water waiting in the fridge for us, to cooking supplies, bathroom amenities and games for kids. Walking distance to downtown and great little hometown feel with great little shops and restaurants to choose from. Lon was a great host and quick to respond to any questions that we had. If we travel here again we will for sure book this little gem❤️
Lon was very accommodating and the house was absolutely perfect! We needed something my 90 year old grandma could get into and around as well as space to decorate cupcakes and cook items for my daughter's wedding. It was spacious and clean....I would love to come back sometime when I can sit back and relax!

A lovely home and a great location.
Great location near the lakefront and downtown (about 2 blocks away) and Randy's local grocery store. The house is updated, clean and has everything you need. It was super comfortable. There's seating outdoors which is shaded in the afternoon to enjoy a cold beverage. We didn't use the finished downstairs area, but it was very nice and has another bathroom. The owner was so helpful and we would definitely look forward to staying again.
It is close to the lake and shopping. Would be interested renting it again
My husband and I LOVED this home! When we first walked in the door, I noticed hows good it smelled and it was decorated so cute! Very clean property. We walked everywhere! I think we only took our car to get to the Donut Shop and take a drive around the lake but otherwise you can get to the City Beach and downtown by foot. We started dreaming about having a vacation home in Clear Lake someday while on this trip. :) We can’t wait to come back and stay in this home again.
This home is amazing, it that has everything you could possibly need and if not the grocery store is within walking distance. My family needed a place of our own when my grandmother passed and this was just what we needed. Thanks Lon and Deb for sharing your beautiful lake home with us.
