Great location. The host was super-responsive (although we had no issues whatsoever). Very clean, the beds and bedding were excellent. Loved the thoughtful little touches, and kitchen had everything, much appreciated!

This vacation home was well stocked, very clean and had lots of room for all of us to be comfortable. It was in walking distance to George Street and other attractions. We had a very nice stay. Thank you

Very clean and well stocked home. Rob was an excellent host and always available when we had questions. The house is in a neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from downtown St John’s. There are some hills when walking but they are manageable. Overall a great home base for exploring the area.

We booked with Rob for accommodations during the Canada Games. The location was perfect - close to downtown and close to MUN and all of the tourist attractions. Rob attended to small details - he even had a water cooler of filtered water that was a pleasant surprise to fill your water bottle. The beds were comfy and no noise from outside. We really enjoyed our stay and would rebook in a heartbeat.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Rob was wonderful and very accommodating. Went out and bought an AC until when one broke down. Within 10 minute walk to downtown.

House was clean and well equipped with everything we could need for the time we were there. It was located in a perfect location for touring St Johns and the Avalon area. Rob was very easy to get a hold of and always friendly. We’d highly recommend this house to anyone staying in St Johns.

Rob's VRBO is stunningly appointed, extremely well stocked with everything you need. It is very clean, has comfortable beds and is nicely situated within walking distance to the downtown core. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the private deck in the afternoon while waiting for our laundry to finish. Parking is right outside the door, because Rob has thoughtfully provided a parking pass. The property is great. We did have a challenge with entry as we were given the wrong entry code. We contacted the property manager who was very responsive. Property was well stocked with supplies

This was my first time staying in a VRBO and Rob set the standard very high. It was clean, provided the comforts of home, and every detail was thought out. The house was well stocked with staples and communication with the host was timely and helpful. The location was great, we could walk to downtown George Street and Water Street. Would definitley recommend this place!

Beautiful, comfortable space close enough to walk downtown and within walking and driving distance of so many beautiful sites in Newfoundland and St. John’s area. We had all the amenities of home and our family of five had all the comforts we needed. Easy to access and good parking available. Rob was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again for sure!

We stayed 3 nights and loved it! We ate in one night, enjoying the backyard living but otherwise enjoyed the local restaurants and pubs. A short drive to Signal, Quidi Vidi and Spearhead. The place was clean, and equipped with everything you need! We will be back!

Perfect for the week we were there. Quick walk to water & George streets !!!
