Experience the Difference: Professionally Managed by iTrip Annapolis

Originally built in 1857, this fully-restored home has a rich history that's been documented from it's original purpose as a Horse Barn and later became a popular hotel, due to its location in the center of the City, along with the neighboring townhouses on the block. As part of the larger City Hotel complex, this row house block is a rare example of early 19th century commercial domestic architecture which retains ahigh degree of integrity and contributes significantly to the pivotal intersection of Duke of Gloucester and Conduit streets. In 1900 the rowhouse block was sold independently in 1903 to Weems and Grafton D. Ridout, in whose family the building remained until the mid twentieth century.

When entering the home, you will be greeted by both the historic charm and all of the upgraded amenities that make for a modern experience. Walk through the impeccably-decorated living and dining rooms into the stunning kitchen with all stainless steel appliance and beautiful granite kitchen counters. Even the breakfast bar seating is an example of the owners' attention to beautiful decor. Head out the glass door in the kitchen to the private fenced-in back patio with lounge chairs and a BBQ. Also on the main floor is a European-inspired full bath with a small stand-up shower.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, the 2nd full bath is located on the first floor (and is a small European-style bath). There's a King bed in the Main bedroom, a Queen in the guest room and the sofa in the Den that pulls out to a full bed. There's also a flatscreen TV and sunny desk space in the Den.

Walk Score 100 - When you're ready to explore Annapolis, you are just 1/2 a block to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, 2 blocks to the waterfront and 3 blocks to the Naval Academy! While the home does not have dedicated parking, it is conveniently located, via walkway, to the Hillman garage.

We returned to Carriage on Conduit because we were so pleased during our visit there last year. We weren’t disappointed this year either. It’s still thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, well maintained, and thoroughly cleaned from the kitchen to the bedrooms and baths. The location can’t be beat. (The kitchen is one of the best if not the best stocked with everything needed to make you feel at home serve visited.) Extremely easy to give it a five-star review.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay at your home. It is decorated nicely and it was nice to be in a home verses a hotel. It was so convenient to walk to everything from restaurants to adorable little shops. We had a nice time at the sailboat show which was only a few blocks away. Everything you need is provided for including a Keurig (&pods) for hot water (tea) or coffee. The beds are very comfortable and we were greatful for the fans! It is also perfectly positioned for parking, as there is a newer parking garage right behind the home which we paid for daily online. We did not utilize the porches but they would be very nice for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. We enjoyed our stay & recommend especially for families. :0)

We loved our stay at the Carriage on Conduit in Annapolis! The location was perfect - close to all of the restaurants and shops! The property was beautiful - and spotless- historic touches yet beautifully updated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms were so comfortable and just the right amount of space. There was even a very comfortable pull out couch allowing for additional space. Highly recommend this property and iTrip! The service from the iTrip team was best-in-class. You will not be disappointed and very happy you chose this property for your Annapolis visit!

We loved our stay st the Carriage House. We were steps away from all of the great restaurants and shops of City Dock. The home is beautiful, very clean and reflected the charm of a colonial with updated kitchen and bathrooms!

If you want to wander downtown to shops and restaurants and bars, this is a prime location to all. Also right next to the parking garage which was extremely convenient. Overall, a great place to stay. Beds were ultra comfy and shower pressure was amazing. Thank you for offering all the amenities one could want.

My wife and I stayed at Carriage House on Conduit for a wedding with another couple and their daughter. Our expectations were high, and this home exceeded them. Location, cleanliness, beds, towels, management, furniture and home accessories, kitchen, all are phenomenal. The home has wonderful outdoor space in the front and back of the house, so depending on temperature, you can find a place to relax. As for the downstairs bathroom, we were very glad to have it. The men got ready downstairs while the girls used the upstairs. It worked out great. As for noise, we didn’t hear any outside noise despite the downtown location. Although, the home has a commercial style fire alarm which went off at 1:30am and 3:30am the night of the wedding. But, they were both short lived thankfully. One person was not able to get back to sleep after the second time, so he wasn’t as “okay” with the alarm. We walked the perimeter inside the Naval Academy Grounds both mornings and finished each walk with breakfast downtown. Highly recommend this. Book it if you are 5 people or less. Perfect Place.

160 Conduit is exactly what the pictures indicate - inviting, well decorated, comfortable and extremely convenient. Our only disappointment was not being able to stream on the TV but that was minor. If I could change anything it would be to remove the “Rent Me!” sign on the front rail. It detracts from how nice the property actually is. It’s also not the reason we chose to stay. Beautiful accommodations.

We loved our stay! The house is gorgeous and charming and located right in the middle of historic Annapolis. I would certainly recommend. Instructions and responsiveness of host were clear and prompt. The only issue we ran into was some ants in the kitchen; and our host quickly helped resolve by providing traps, which was much appreciated. This is an awesome vrbo!

If you want to be right in the middle of town in a quiet property, then Carriage on Conduit is your spot! It's a cozy historic row house with plenty of space for spreading out, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Main Street is steps away. Eastport restaurants and the Navy Stadium are walkable too. Sit on the porch with coffee in the morning or enjoy cocktails on the back deck and back yard. Either for a weekend or extended stay, you'll come back every year to this property.
