Stayed Apr 19, 2025The place was very clean and very nice. Owner always answered any inquiries very quickly. The only issue is the train tracks are just behind the back fence and it runs every 15 minutes 24/7. I got to where I just ignored it but my husband would wake up during the night hearing the train going by.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025I had a great experience renting here! The owner was responsive and a life-saver when I was looking for a place at the last minute during the Final Four weekend. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay close to downtown for a great price!

Stayed Apr 13, 2024Overall good. Right by train tracks and heard trains almost 24 hours a day. Minimal kitchen utensils, so don’t expect to prepare many meals. VERY clean though. For sale sign of the property went up on day 2. So not sure How long this property will be available.
