Dunedin, Florida
Welcome to delightful Downtown Dunedin and all it has to offer. This recently renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath has all you need to make you feel comfortable and at home for a short stay or extended stay. Conveniently located close to it all! Pinellas trail is only steps away, TD Ballpark where the blue jays play is 400 yards, Downtown Dunedin and all the breweries, restaurants, festivals less than mile, St. Jospeh Sound less than 1/2 miles. Home is located in golf cart friendly district, so park your car for the entire stay and ride, bike, walk or hop on the trolley to enjoy all that the area has for you! When you are done galavanting through town, come home and enjoy the privately fenced in back yard with large deck to serve up drinks from your outdoor bar and enjoy peaceful Dunedin at night. Inside the home you will find smart TV's in every room, fully functional kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans etc. The Master bedroom has en suite bathroom while the hall bathroom has a tub in it for the kiddos or yourself.
Updated little house a short walk from Main Street. Beds were so comfortable and felt a little like home. Kitchens and baths were very nice. We would recommend to anyone.
We had a great experience at this property. It was clean, pretty, and well-appointed. The location was safe and convenient, offering many restaurants and shops just a couple blocks away. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely return.
House was perfect for our girls trip
The house was clean. Our host was very responsive. He answered all of my emails immediately. The location was good. Close to several good restaurants.
Great time, the house was a perfect fit for all the ages of our family. Very happy with the accommodations!
We loved the location of this cute bungalow. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils etc. we did need to pick up a few toiletries like shampoo and soap and some spices for cooking but overall the house worked well for us. Note one of the three bedrooms is right off the living room and the other two are down a hall with a bathroom in the middle. The main bedroom with attached bath is at the end of that hall. Some tips for any guests new to the area. The Pinelles trail is 1 min from the bungalow so bring or rent a manual or electric bike! This trail takes you right thru the town and beyond. Another option since this is a golf cart town plan early and rent a golf cart. They are not easy to find so call asap to rent one. If you are planning on visiting Clearwater don’t drive! Take the Clearwater Ferry! It’s a beautiful 30 min ride on the gulf to Clearwater ports and the Ferry picks you up and drops you off at the Dunedin Marina. Times were limited but so worth the ferry ride instead of sitting in traffic. You must book the Ferry ahead of time. We also enjoyed the dog beach on Honeymoon island State Park. Just outside of Honeymoon island you can rent SUP boards or Kayaks to get to Caladisi Island. We also suggest the Dolphin tour with Parrot’dise Express boat tours at the Dunedin marina. Capt Jeff and the crew were fun and entertaining. We saw plenty of Dolphins and got some history of the area and it’s real estate. Food! Fusion Tacos and Pieces Sushi we’re our favorites but the restaurants and service never disappointed! The quaint, inviting, artsy friendly feel of the town was exactly what we were looking for. Last! Don’t miss the sunsets! The waterfront is 3 blocks from the house. So worth it! Get there early to get a bench and bring a beverage and the pooch! Everyone has a dog in Dunedin. Very dog friendly town! YouTube had some great videos from locals too. We will be back. Thank you to John our host!
Would love stay there again
