We had a great stay. House was beautiful, very clean, perfect layout, everyone had their own bathroom, great location. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

The home was exactly as represented in the photos, but even better in person. The cleanliness of the entire property was exceptional, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for our large family. The appliances are all top notch, as was the workout equipment in the gym. The beds initially felt quite firm, but were very comfortable and we ended up sleeping great! Would DEFINITELY stay here again. We’ve stayed in many VRBO homes and felt this one was the nicest and highest quality. We also appreciated how friendly and helpful the rental management staff was. 10/10 recommend!!!

We stayed during the thanksgiving weekend! This place was way beyond expectations! It’s a great location for downtown events and shopping. It was perfect for our needs. And for me above all it was clean!! No stink or mold smell! I didn’t feel like I had to wash things before I used them! I highly recommend!!!

The house and amenities exceeded our expectations! Beautiful, well appointed home which was walking distance to downtown. We were there for our son’s wedding and the house was perfect for all of us to gather. Some used the gym and others the hot tub. We appreciated the large Weber grill and the dining table that seated 10. We didn’t ski and would’ve preferred to rate that as N/A. Company responded quickly to messages. I would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved this house. It had plenty of space for 10 adults. It also had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Completely as advertised. Spacious, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, great location. Slept 11 adults comfortably.

This is a lovely home, convenient to downtown and access to shopping. Very clean and the layout is perfect. The only flaw were the beds. And believe me when I say they are extremely uncomfortable. Not just one, but all. Mattresses were lumpy and sat on what felt like plywood. No box spring. My daughters back and neck went out after the first night and she was in misery most of the time. I had reached out to VRBO prior to booking as I saw another review that indicated the same issue. I was assured the problem had been corrected. It wasn't. I hope the owners or whoever is listening, correct this issue for future vacationers. It truly is the only flaw, but a big one. We would love to stay there again, but unless this issue is addressed and corrected we will have to find another home.

Our work group stayed here for an industry conference being held at the resort. The space was perfect for us. Plenty of space and privacy with generous common areas for team building and fellowship.The house was clean and well appointed. Easy access upon arrival and easy check out! I hope we can stay again at next years conference!

Our family had a great weekend in Coeur d’Alene and staying in the downtown dream

Spacious, new and well kept CDA vacation house perfect for family gatherings. We loved the massive 12 seater dining table and very spacious kitchen to host our local and long distance visiting family.

The property was well cared for. We had a lot of snow. The snow was cleaned from the walkways regularly. The location was easy get around town. Good location for on and off the highway for skiing and snowshoeing.

Really great stay . Fantastic communication and great location. The only complaint I have , is we didn’t have access to the gym or Hot tub on property. I saw it on the listing but I guess it’s extra payment for access. I didn’t do much research and just assumed it was included so that is honestly my bad . The house and everything else was perfect! 20 out of 10 !

The DOWNTOWN DREAM house is indeed a dream house. This is the best VRBO I’ve stayed in for a family and or large group. The house is immaculately clean, large with multiple spaces for everyone. The owners have thought of everything from the firepit, hotbub, games room, music room, gym and a separate unit over the garage. Lastly, the home is a short walk to downtown. You will not be disappointed if you rent this dream house.

Absolutely everything was great about this home. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own private space, walking distance to downtown and 30 minutes from the Ski Resort. The guest house adjacent is perfect for escaping the noisy kids.. and we enjoyed escaping trust me!! We made great memories with our family and our first trip to Idaho..Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!!

This was a beautiful home with all the little details thought of. The host was very good about communicating timely and detailed. The home is well taken care of and is in a perfect location. There are plenty of beds and showers for group or family. Weabsolutely rent again when we come back

We love this property; it’s ideal for a larger group needing 5 or 6 bedrooms One bed is behind a divider in the game room but the other 5 have their own bathroom plus there’s a powder bath off the living room. It’s so clean it’s like an uninhabited staged spec home. The amenities are first class, kitchen is totally equipped and pristine, house has clean, upscale furniture. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looks like new. The room over the garage is amazing with its own brand new looking kitchen and sitting room. Plasma tv’s everywhere. Very short bike to the lake and resort hotel/bar/restaurant. Overall a great location. We would definitely return.
