Great location.We walked everywhere! Restaurants and beach.The townhouse is well stocked.Comfy furniture and beds.Travis can certainly teach a class on how to set up a VRBO unit as an owner.

Terrific location close to Atlantic Ave and the Intercoastal waterway. It was a cozy, comfortable, and quiet home. Yard was great for relaxing and for the pups. Host was very helpful and communications were easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We have rented this property several times and have enjoyed each stay immensely! The property is super clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The host easy to deal with and very responsive. The location is perfect - 5 minute walk from the center of Atlantic Avenue. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location and nice and clean

First, the location of the property is a big plus. It sits in beautiful quiet neighborhood great for walking and only a short walk to all the stores and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. The home itself was extremely comfortable, clean and welcoming. The second floor deck outside the main bedroom was perfect for relaxing and the backyard setup was very nice. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Delray.

Great little getaway

We had another fantastic stay at Travis' in Delray Beach. The house is stocked and very clean. There are plenty of linens and the washer and dryer comes in so handy especially for extended stays. The yard is relaxing and has a grill and seating along with a hammock. The location can't be beat. We walk to the beach and to the many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the neighborhood. Can't wait for 2026! Thanks Travis!

This place is absolutely fantastic. Well equipped kitchen, super clean, great backyard area, easy check in, and so close to downtown Delray. Would most definitely stay again when we're in the area. With how bare bones some short term rentals can be these days, this was a very refreshing experience, and felt like a true home to us for a few days.

Very comfortable townhouse with all the necessities included. Delightful backyard is a Caribbean like oasis. We’ll be going back for our third time next season.

We had excellent communication with the host who accommodated special requests and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Excellent location in safe area with easy access to good walks (Palm Trail), the beach, and downtown. Kitchen equipment/tools were new and in good order. We were able to prep meals and cook a few times with ease.

The property is in an ideal location, in the middle of everything but in a quiet street. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. I specially appreciated the Nexpresso machine. The bedrooms were comfortable and the linens good quality. The rooms look and feel better than in the pictures. Thank you Travis. We would love to come back.

We have stayed at this property several times. As always, we checked in easily, having been contacted by the owner re check in details the day prior to our arrival. The property was exceptionally neat, clean and comfortable. Location is A-plus - a quick 5 minute walk to the center of Atlantic Avenue. We noticed and appreciated several improvements since last year (new hammock!). Thank you for another great stay.

We snuck off for a couple days of Florida staycation and could not have picked a better place to stay! Very well appointed unit. Small details were all thought through which made it all very convenient. The house is really cute with fun artwork and the little backyard has just got enough room to relax. Amazing location! Quick two block walk to Atlantic Avenue. If you pass Anthony’s pizza on the way be sure to stop for their wings - the best we’ve ever had! Had to go back for seconds lol

I stayed here alone for 2 weeks to get a feel for Delray and to decide if I should move here. The house is in a wonderful location so I didn't rent a car. I walked, and occasionally ubered, and took the train to FLL twice to visit my family. The house is well equipped, great kitchen, comfortable rooms, plenty of linens, and Travis is a responsive host. I was sorry to leave and wished I could have stayed longer. A few things to point out..... there is no longer a music library and turntable. I didn't ask about it but I assume it may have broken. There are also no beach chairs or bicycles, which I thought were provided. There was one camping chair. One other thing: there is construction going on directly next store. They start shouting to each other before 8, and then the work begins at 8 am. It is noisy, so the backyard is not a quiet place to sit during the week. Weekends are nice and quiet and they stop working fairly early. I loved this house, I would go back in a heartbeat, and I hated to even mention this because Travis was amazing in every way, but I think it is important, especially the construction. On a positive note, I think they stop the construction for the season on Nov. 1.
