Downtown DC Home w/ Furnished Patio!

Best experience I’ve had renting a vacation home. Owner greeted us on day one with a warm welcome. Booked this house for a family vacation. The amenities, location and close vicinity to the major attractions in DC was perfect. Felt safe and at home during the stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting DC. Everything you need to dell at home and prepare meals is provided.

Wonderful Stay -- This home was absolutely perfect for our trip. The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and fresh—you could tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property. Everything smelled great the moment we walked in, which made us feel comfortable right away. The space is big! the chairs are welcoming.Our host was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in and communication effortless. We were pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful welcome gift of wine and snacks, which made us feel truly valued as guests.Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-cared-for place to stay.

The home was beautiful!! It looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very welcoming. The heat and lights were on when we arrived. He offered to bring us dinner when we arrived and gave us a late checkout. When we go back to the area, we would definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing. The pictures on this app are a true testament of what this house looks like. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space to live. The master bedroom was fit for a queen. The owner was wonderful, when asked he afforded an early check in and a late check out. He checked on us via text to make sure if we needed anything for the house. He also supplied dinner for us on of our nights. The neighborhood was quiet. The house resides in a nice colter sack of homes. There was ample parking at the house. The house is 10-12 minutes to get to downtown area. Due to the constant rain we did not get a chance to utilize the back decks.Lastly, the price was right for 5 days we stayed for our DST conference.

Stayed here to visit family and show our kids and parents downtown DC. The house is beautiful down to the mirrors in all the rooms. The location is convenient to get downtown if driving or a short drive to the Metro station. The owner showed us to the nearby grocery store and a good take-out spot for seafood and wings. Ephram the owner was quick to bring a replacement coffee maker when we told him a previous guest put coffee grinds in the water side of the coffee maker. Since our vehicle was too tall to park in the DC garages, he also showed us a good spot to park after 6:30 in DC for an afternoon walk. For 4 adults and 6 kids, the house had plenty of room for the family together time and space for the parents away from the kids in the game room. Will stay again if we are in the area again.

The house was great for a group stay! Very clean and well-furnished. Not too far from a metro station. Very calm and quiet neighborhood. That host was very easy to communicate with; very friendly and helpful when we needed it, and responded very quickly to questions. I would definitely recommend this house and host and would absolutely choose to stay here again given the opportunity.

First of all, The area is a high crime area. Lots of homeless and low income housing & abandon houses. Furthermore there was a police generator with cameras & lights on the same corner of the house. 2nd, The home owner or property manager never returned any of my emails from the day I booked. Never replied to a text. I tried many times to call, got a voice message but mail box was full and could not even leave a message. This property is managed by Evolved They would not relocate me or help me at all. Two woman working at Evolved were nice enough to try to help.At check-in, the security code to get in the house was not working. After 1 hour passed the company Evolved could not get in touch with the owner either and the company canceled the booking and refunded me the money. At this point I need to find a place for 10 people. This was a ridiculous process and I will consider using another property manager next time. My safety and the safety of my family is most important and should be for VRBO.

The high schoolers loved the house. It was perfect for the three adults and six students.

The house is as advertised and amazing would definitely stay again just need a guide for the TV and cable was slightly confusing and the cushions for chairs on the back decks were soaked from rain. But other than that impeccable

We had a large group of teens to visit colleges. Great house to accommodate all of us. Great location easy to drive to public transportation, we rented vehicles and used the metro rail. Second time staying there over spring break.

The place was stocked with everything you need and owner was always available for any questions and super friendly. Would recommend to any large group coming to DC.

The house was great! The decor was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for my family and I to gather. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities and provided all of the utensils needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable with nice linen. The location of the house is perfect to get around the DMV area. The host was friendly and very accommodating to us.
