Downtown Bungalow! Dog Friendly - WIFI!

What a wonderful bungalow—much larger than it appears. Easy walking to the downtown area of restaurants and shops and a short drive away from pisgah forest and several waterfalls. The communication with the owners was top notch and the amenities were nice. We will return if available for future visits. Additionally our dog enjoyed the fenced backyard and seeing a white squirrel!

The home was decorated really cute and was super clean. The host was amazing, very helpful and had a nice positive attitude! Will go back if I can.

Like a walk back in history, if you enjoy antiques and thoughtful decor; you’ll enjoy the Blue Bungalow. Brevard is a fun mountain town to visit and the owner is committed to your comfort and enjoyment.

The bungalow was located close to town which made for easy access to whatever you want to do, very nice, clean, pet friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Can't beat the location, easy walking to all downtown has to offer. Well stocked. As the photos show, it is an older home but very well kept.

House had everything you could need and was a short walk to downtown. Neighborhood was quiet. Would stay there again.

We have stayed here a few times with our dog. A great location to explore Brevard and the surrounding area.

Wonderful weekend at the Blue Bungalow! I loved that we could walk to the stores and restaurants, s convenient. It was a getaway for my husband and myself, along with our pups. Having a level fenced yard was great.

Great back yard for the dogs. Great kitchen appliances. Can’t beat the location.

As advertised, great value and location. Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Furnishings reminded me of my grandmothers home in the 60’s classic old school but comfortable. Outdoor deck with seating is great for end of the day cocktails and to hang wet fishing waders and boots. Overall one of my favorite stays in the Brevard area.

Came down from Tennessee for a quick trip to meet my son (from Charlotte) to fly fish the Davidson River. So didn't do much in the house besides sleep and hang out at the fire pit around back in the evening. The gas fire pit is a nice touch, especially on a beautiful fall evening!Location is awesome. You can drive to downtown Brevard using a back street, a straight shot, 5 minutes. Very clean and functional.We will definitely be planning more trips to the area and see no reason to look at other rentals if available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Blue Bungalow. It was fun coming back to the house after visiting our family. By the end of the week we referred to it as our home. The house was fully stocked with all of the necessities plus a large can of coffee. Someone even left a spray bottle of insect repellent! A white squirrel stopped by the yard a couple of days. Alas, we weren’t fast enough to get a photo. Next time we visit Brevard we will check to see if this property is available. We loved the yellow kitchen.

It was clean and smelled pleasant. Easy to find and good location. Good wifi. The check out procedures were a little over the top for me (strip the beds, bag sheets and towels, take out trash, wash and dry dishes before putting them up). It was very stressful as I were trying to pack up with 2 kids and a dog. The neighbors big dog harassed my dog through the fence every time we went outside This is no fault of the host but just wanted to mention it in case your dog is like mine.

The cottage was very clean and was very close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage rental.

We loved the proximity to town. Shops and restaurants were within a 5 minute walk from the front door.The fenced in yard was wonderful for my senior dog. There was plenty of shade, and we felt comfortable leaving him in the yard while we went sight seeing. We will most definitely book again!

Great house in a great neighborhood walking distance to downtown shops. Peaceful and private. The Blue Bungalow was clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay!

This lovely bungalow was perfect. It had everything we needed, was super clean and had comfortable beds and furniture. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog Mojo. I highly recommend this rental and would certainly stay there again.

The bungalow is in an excellent location. It's on a quiet street and is less than a 10 min walk to Brevard's wonderful stores and restaurants. It's really a great location!The house was really cute, looked just like the pictures, and was very clean.The beds could be updated as the queen mattress is starting to sag a bit on one side, and the bunk beds seem to be a few inches shorter than normal. We rearranged who was sleeping where and did alright for our stay. I have allergies, so I communicated with Jamie before booking to ask if anyone with allergies had had issues because it's a dog friendly rental. She replied that the guests who have dogs have been very responsible and noted the excellent comments on cleanliness in the guest reviews. I'm happy to say I didn't experience any pet allergies during our stay, and the bungalow was very clean!And, as a bonus, we loved seeing a white squirrel on the fence in the yard!

We loved the bungalow and most everything that you would expect was provided! It is unique and cozy.We enjoyed the backyard, but the next door neighbors had several very loud and seemingly aggressive dogs. I know the owners can’t control that, but it did keep us from spending too much time outside. We did see a white squirrel in the yard!

Very clean but the comfort of the couches and chairs is not ideal if your stuck inside for any length of time

Wonderful home with a great fenced in area for our dogs to play. Truly a dog friendly home. Was a few blocks from downtown so we could walk back and forth to shops and restaurants. The Cardinal drive thru was a block away and had amazing food for a quick meal. A white squirrel was running around the front yard. Will be back.

This little blue cottage is perfectly located within walking distance of downtown. Nice fenced and private back yard. Home is well equipped for our basic needs. Recommend.

Excellent communication from the day we reserved the trip to the last day of our stay. The house was very clean and we loved the area. We hope to be coming back to this house in the near future!

The bungalow was roomier than we expected. It was very clean and very cozy for our visit with our teenager and 2 small dogs. The fenced in, private backyard was so convenient and the location was perfect.

We love the Blue Bungalow. This was our second stay. It is well-equipped in all respects. Two full bathrooms set it apart from many similarly-sized options. The eat-in kitchen is great….we cooked, reheated leftovers, and sometimes used the table as a desk.Downtown is walkable although we mostly drove over this time. Winter is a less crowded time on the forest trails, which we love. It’s an easy drive to/from Pisgah or DuPont forests.We appreciate all that the hosts have done to make the bungalow homey.

Lovely. Close to town,Fenced backyard. Only suggestion would be to upgrade couches for comfort during winter months. Other than that just wonderful.

I have rented a lot of vacation homes over the last several decades, and this is absolutely the cleanest time I have ever stayed in. It was very comfortable and homey feeling. Great proximity to downtown Brevard. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to rent again.

This little, dog accommodating house was within walking distance of downtown. The fenced in backyard was very nice but my dog was intimadated by all the barking dogs dogsnexr door.

Absolutely adorable cottage. So clean and in the perfect location

We had a delightful nearly three-week stay at the Little Blue Bungalow. Its location was ideal, allowing us to stroll into town and savor the plethora of restaurants and shops nearby. Most of our days were spent exploring the various hiking trails around Brevard. Our youngest daughter particularly enjoyed visiting the local library just down the street to read books every afternoon. The kitchen and the house overall were well-equipped and user-friendly. The fenced backyard was a great for our dog, providing a safe and enjoyable space for her. The neighborhood itself was pleasantly quiet, which added to our relaxation. The only drawback we can mention is that despite taking precautions, the mosquitoes in the backyard were quite bothersome, which unfortunately prevented us from fully enjoying that part of the property. We frequently visit Brevard and eagerly anticipate our next stay at the Little Blue Bungalow.
