Downtown Brevard Home: Walk to Bars & Breweries!

We’ve rented this house for several years. Very nice house and a great location.

Really enjoyed the location and the house. The kitchen is well appointed, spacious rooms, and easy location to downtown.

Hosts very helpful and totally responsive. Space very clean and has about anything you could want. Walkable to downtown and to groceries, etc. Would definitely rent again.

Everything was as advertised.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The appliances were quality and recent. The porch was open and well furnished, the fencing around the yard was not only very pretty, but completely secure. We trusted letting our young dog out for air on her own. The kitchen and living room were very open. The kitchen has a high end gas stove, and the living room high quality comfortable sofa. :)

The home and yard had everything we needed! Our host was very responsive and quickly helped with a minor lock issue.

We had an amazing time staying here! The location was amazing, walking distance to town and King Street and close to both Pisgah and DuPont! House was clean and well equipped!

Pros- Great location and clean property. Cons- all the knives were dull, early checkout mandate, plastic flowers).

Beautiful cottage walking distance to wonderful breakfast spots and restaurants and unique shops. Comfortable and relaxing to come back to after a day of hiking or shopping!

Three nice sized beds with two full bathrooms. Very convenient to everything. Not much parking but that’s not the fault of the VRBO. The neighbors park their cars along the curve in front of the house every day….i think one of the homes may have a business associated with it and that’s why people are parking in front of the VRBO. Despite this, we did have room for my large truck in the driveway and a regular sized sedan along the curb. We’d definitely rent here again. Very quiet too

We love staying at this cute house. Very close to everything also, super nice to have the locking garage in back for storing bicycles.

Location was great, house perfect and plenty of room for bikes in the barn.

We have been coming to Brevard for over 10 years now and are never disappointed. We have rent many VRBO’s over the years, we loved this cottage as well as did our pups. Fenced in back yard and screeded porch was the hit of the weekend for us all. Very clean, well appointed and felt very cozy. We will most definitely rent again! Thank you for a great spot to spend the weekend!

Great location and it was perfect for our dogs! We would definitely stay here again! A few things to note: the master bedroom has a very firm mattress, so my husband did complain of some hip pain due to that and 2) there appeared to be a known issue with ants. There were ant baits though and they were only found in one room.

Never been to Brevard before, had a great time there. This cute little cottage was comfortable, with great amenities. It was walking distance from great local bars and breweries. Also walking distance from downtown. When we come back to Brevard this will be out go to!

This property had everything we needed. I'm a super picky person and everything was beyond perfect. The owners recommended great hiking trails and the restaurants in Brevard were so good too. Will be back and hopefully stay longer on the next visit. Book this place you'll love it.

We had a great experience in this property as we prepared for a family wedding. Unfortunately the hurricane cut our trip short. The owners and property manager were great to work with. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect spot for our small family. The house, nestled amongst the flowers, was conveniently located two blocks from downtown. Also located near Brevard College… go Nados. The house had all the amenities but our favorite spot was the screened in porch where we enjoyed the morning sunrise or to just hang out and read. The dogs spent most of their time out there. There was a fenced in yard where we could let them run also. I can’t praise this little home enough! We will definitely come back!

Spacious, well equipped home, loved the screened porch. The fenced backyard with sensor light was just right for our dog. Brevard has a great variety of attractions which we enjoyed - concert, art; hikes & waterfalls, good food. The Blue Ghost Firefly tour was not as expected because the fireflies were only sparse due to the cold night. We will come back.
