Stayed Jul 22, 2025We loved this house and it fit our group of six perfectly. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment we needed. There were lots of towels for showering and swimming. The outdoor space was beautifully landscaped and provided plenty of seating. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and also into town for coffee and library visits. Perfection!I hope we can come back.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Wonderful house! It was very clean and a great location to downtown and the beach (short walks to both). The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you need and more. We will definitely be renting here again!

Stayed Jul 17, 2024We loved this rental! It is about 4-5 blocks to the beach and downtown (easily walkable for an 8 and 10 year old), had a lovely backyard patio area. The house is very clean, very well stocked. We have an issue with the internet and called the property manager- she had someone out to the house within 30 minutes to fix it. Very responsive. Would rent this again for sure!

Stayed Jul 9, 2023This is a great home in walking distance to downtown Boyne City. It was clean and had everything we needed. The living room and back porch are small but very utilitarian and good spaces to entertain. We didn’t use the master BR upstairs but it is spacious. The downstairs bedroom and bath were great.
