Downtown Bethany Beach house w/ free WiFi, gas grill and outside shower

Great location, peaceful neighborhood. Could not find the iron, texted the property management folks and brand new iron was delivered in a few hours. Very impressive. On negative, TV streaming and remotes are very confusing. Color coded sticker dots would go a long way.

Fantastic location ie walkable to the beach and restaurants. We had a wonderful long weekend at the beach!

Trash all over the front of property upon check in due to missing Trash can lid. No dish towels. Ran out of toilet paper in less than 24 hours, so we had to go buy some. Garbage disposal did not work. Tree debris all over outside deck.upstairs bathrooms had no soap or shampoo in showersThe screened in porch was perfect

Clean, comfortable, roomy

Clean, good space, kitchen good for cooking & has ample cookware , appliances in good shape, beds comfortable , a.c. W worked well

We would book this house again if we were sure it was clean. AC was strong, they delivered a new washer/dryer while we were there, service people were all very nice. Having to turn over a lot of houses in a short time does not allow for proper cleaning. The homeowner needs to attend to the outside as well, with pine needles everywhere and in the outside shower too. With poison ivy everywhere and we had to keep kids away from a lot of the outside space.

Great house in need of a deep cleaning. We couldn’t use the grill, it was coated in dried drippy stuff; dried blood on the master bathroom floor, poison ivy everywhere outside, long pine needles everywhere, on the decks, in the outside shower.They did replace the washer/dryer while we were there, air conditioner was newish and we had enough hot water enough for 12 people. They also replaced the outside chair cushions but left all the stuffing from the replaced torn up cushions all over the grass like fluffy snow.The cleaning staff barely had enough time to switch out the laundry between reservations so it’s obvious nothing was wiped down or mopped.Don’t shortchange the cleaning process next time and we would book again.

Great location! The house had lots of room for the whole family as well as many beach toys, kids books, and puzzles.

Location of the home and layout of was great. Upkeep needs improvement.

We loved that there were enough bedrooms/bathrooms for all of us girls. It had lots of games to enjoy. And it was a nice walk into town. Very peaceful location as well.

We came to Bethany Beach for a wedding. The home is spacious but is showing its age. Little things were overlooked. No dishwasher soap and one thread bare dish towel for 6 people. We also needed an iron for dress clothes. I stopped by the Vacasa office to get one (after numerous texts with the very useless chat bot). No iron to be had. Very frustrating situation.

Easy and solid experience

great location to beach and to boardwalk

We loved the house! The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and the outdoor shower. We also appreciated the games, puzzles, and beach toys and chairs. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough living space for our party.

Title sounds cliche but I can’t think of anything wrong about our stay! AC was perfect, huge outdoor shower was a game-changer, walk to the beach was amazing, screened in deck was divine, ammenities and general layout of house is awesome. 2 and 4 year old and 4 adults — we made it work and it was so very, very enjoyable.

Perfect house for a friend or family getaway.

When we arrived we had three issues: 1.AC was not working 2.One side of the kitchen sink was clogged 3. The refrigerator was not getting cold We called the property manager about all three issues and had to talk to a VACASA National representative as well as local Delaware representative multiple times. The AC did not get fixed until 3 days later & did not reach 70 degrees until 3am the morning we checked out. I have requested a partial refund for the inconvenience and have heard nothing back. We had 5 toddlers napping in an 80-85 degree house our entire stay, you can imagine how well they slept. As for the clogged sink, absolutely nothing was done to help us with that. And we were told the fridge takes 24 hrs to get to the proper temperature after arrival so we ended up having food spoil in that time period because a hot house and fridge above temperature means unsafe temperatures for food. VACASA needs to do better.
