Downtown 5 minutes - Adults-Only Luxury Getaway with Hot Tub- NO PARTIES!

Very welcoming and cozy home! The host was amazing and responsive to any questions we had. The host also provided lots of amenities and was super kind. We had a group stay after a tigers game and it was the perfect place to unwind and regroup before going out for the night. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

The house was an easy Uber from downtown. The neighborhood around the house is a little run down, but always felt safe and the house itself was nice. I would stay here again.

The house was clean and nicely decorated. We had 4 employees stay while at a conference at the Motor City Casino. Each had their own room. It was a little warm upstairs with the heat wave that was present but with the fans going it was fine. I loved the sparkly fandeliers on the first floor so much I bought one when I got home for my home office!! There was some concern about the neighborhood down the road but we didn't have any issues.

This property exemplifies the rebirth of the city of Detroit. Sarita has done a great job making this a group friendly space. Eight of us stayed here for two nights while attending concerts. We all agreed we would stay there again. Very comfy beds, so close to attractions and an attentive host.

My wife and I booked this property for a group of friends and us to stay one night after seeing a concert at LCA. Sarita was an amazing host. Very communicative and accommodating. We were able to get in a little earlier than the stated check-in time which allowed us to enjoy the property a little before our concert. The place has everything you could need for a fun getaway. Nice kitchen/dining room area with all the amenities, utensils, etc. Beautiful, clean hot tub, plenty of towels. You can tell a lot of time and thought went into fixing this place up and making it comfy for guests. Lots of fun decor to look at. We all felt very comfortable and had a great time on our trip! It's not in the swankiest part of town, but you're close to just about everything and at no point did any of our guests ever feel unsafe. Thanks again, Sarita! We'll be bookmarking this place in case we need it in the future!

Our daughter's boyfriend bought concert tickets and asked if we could drive them to Detroit for it... oof! Luckily, this led to me discovering this beautiful house! We really liked the short drive to the arena, but REALLY loved the house. The living room is so relaxing. They provided all the amenities we could want. The decor is great. My husband might be tempted to knock them down a star, because he kept hearing things like honey, I want these light fixtures and OMG, we NEED a shower like this. MY only problem was that we were only there for one night. Seriously, I never sleep well away from home and that night I got the best sleep I've had in ages! I don't know when we'll make it back to Detroit, but this house is definitely at the top of our list for another stay.

Sarita was very communicative. The property location was close to downtown and easy to uber to and from. Rooms are nice sizes and the basement game room was great.

Our group of friends had a great time for our getaway visit to Detroit. The house was very clean, beautiful updates and the lay-out of the rooms was nice. The location was also nice- it was only a quick drive to just about anything you wanted to do downtown. We felt like we had plenty of space and overall had a very comfortable stay!

We were in town for a comedy show and wanted something for us to hangout beforehand and close to our event . This checked all the boxes. We were minutes from Ford Field, Fox Theater and Little Ceasars Sports Arena. The inside is adorable and very cozy. Definitely would stay here again.

The pictures don’t do it justice, because this home is even nicer in person! The rooms are very cute and spacious, and the bathrooms are clean with nice big showers. The hot tub was way roomier than we thought, and the four of us adults sat in it with lots of room. It was a cold rainy night but the enclosure it was in was really nice! Sarita was super sweet and communicated very well with us about when and how to access the property, too!

Our group was very impressed by the cleanliness of the house and how comfortable all of the rooms were. The hot tub was very nice and was in a covered gazebo outside. House had all essentials we needed for our stay and the host was easy to contact for anything needed.

We were in town for a couple of days for a concert. We loved having coffee on the porch and balcony in our robes - those were a nice touch!
