Security Devices Policy:

All security devices, including outdoor Blink and doorbell cameras, must remain plugged in and fully operational at all times. A $200 fine per violation will be charged for tampering with, unplugging, covering, or disabling any security device.

Gatherings or events are not permitted without prior approval.

Unauthorized gatherings or exceeding the approved occupancy may result in additional charges.

Please pour all liquids down the sink before discarding containers or food in the trash. All garbage should be placed in the designated trash bins to help us keep the space fresh and pest-free. ♻️



Critters & Bug Season (May–June):

This property receives regular professional pest control, but as we are in a Southern and somewhat rural area, occasional sightings of bugs, ants, or other critters may happen — especially during seasonal months. It’s a normal part of the local ecosystem and not a sign of cleanliness issues. Thank you for your understanding!



Animal Policy:

Service animals must be disclosed prior to check-in

No other animals are allowed without prior approval (fees may apply)

    We had a great stay. Some suggestions for the owner would be night stands by the beds, Dixie cups in the bathrooms, and the mattress in the middle bedroom needs replacing. But with that said none of it was a big problem. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place.

    Place is very nice - has everything you need - in a perfect location - right down the street from a beautiful park on the water - lots of ducks - bring your stale bread. Really enjoyed this property and will return next time we are there. Plenty of room to spread out.

    The pictures really dont do justice tonhow beautiful it really is! From the high ceilings to the immaculate kitchen, it was truly a delightful stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful stay. Just wait till you see the master bathroom!

    The house was very nice, the pictures do not do it justice! It was very clean, in a central location, and was very spacious with comfortable beds. We had a few very minor issues with the TV not working and an alarm that kept beeping, and the host never responded to our texts and emails. I also asked a couple questions via email before our stay, and never received a response from them either. Overall a great stay!
