Security Devices Policy:

All security devices, including outdoor Blink and doorbell cameras, must remain plugged in and fully operational at all times. A $200 fine per violation will be charged for tampering with, unplugging, covering, or disabling any security device.



Gatherings & Events:

Gatherings or events are not permitted without prior approval.

If you are planning a gathering, please contact us in advance so we can assess and apply the appropriate event/gathering fee.

Unauthorized gatherings or exceeding the approved occupancy may result in additional charges.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, or any other events outside of our control. To help safeguard your plans, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for coverage.



️ Trash Disposal:

Please pour all liquids down the sink before discarding containers or food in the trash. All garbage should be placed in the designated trash bins to help us keep the space fresh and pest-free. ♻️



Critters & Bug Season (May–June):

This property receives regular professional pest control, but as we are in a Southern and somewhat rural area, occasional sightings of bugs, ants, or other critters may happen — especially during seasonal months. It’s a normal part of the local ecosystem and not a sign of cleanliness issues. Thank you for your understanding!



Animal Policy:

Service animals must be disclosed prior to check-in

No other animals are allowed without prior approval (fees may apply)

A $200 charge per unauthorized animal will be applied, with or without prior approval



Cleaning Notice:

    Very nice, spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. Only suggestion would be to enhance kitchen supplies. Found no foil, plastic wrap, basic spices and seasonings.ost who will cook don't travel with these
