Shared Laundry Area:
The laundry area is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. Please note that this space is shared with other guests and is available for use every day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. . Kindly plan your laundry within these hours for your convenience.

Potential Noise Considerations: Since the property features several independent units, you may hear occasional noise from neighbors. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We love welcoming pets! Other guests in neighboring units may also have pets, so if you're bringing your furry friend, please ensure they are well-behaved and comfortable around others.

Peak Hours: Traffic tends to be heavier during weekday mornings from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and in the evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Plan your outings accordingly to avoid delays during these times.
Downtown Proximity: If you're planning to visit popular spots like Thornton Park, Lake Eola, or other downtown areas, be aware that traffic can become busier, particularly during weekends and evenings.

House Guidelines
No Parties or Loud Noise: Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Home Security & Care
✔️ Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them.
️ Do not move furniture. If necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out.
Florida Wildlife & Pests: Our homes are treated regularly, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence.
Security Camera
A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay.
Additional TV Services
If guests choose to add or purchase any additional TV packages (such as premium channels or special bundles), the cost must be covered by the guest. Management is not responsible for unauthorized additional charges.

Pet Policy
We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). The fee is $60 for each small dog . All dogs must be declared in advance.

✔️ No pets on furniture – Please bring your pet’s bedding
✔️ Clean up after your pets both indoors & outdoors

✔️ Florida is home to diverse wildlife & insects. While we provide regular pest control, it’s common to see some during your stay.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
The property may be subject to annual inspections by the city, bank, or insurance company.
If this occurs during a reservation and the guest is not present, the property manager will access the home to attend the inspection.
This will always be done professionally and with respect for the property.
