Double Queen Room - 2QD

Fantastic and affordable find for our last-minute stay. Great location which is just off the main drag enough to be quiet but close enough to make things walkable if you don't mind a hill. The recently renovated room accommodated the 4 of us fine. The check in at 3:00 was super easy - though nerve racking as I did not get any response to my 2 emails requesting confirmation prior and the information on how to check in only came at 2:55!!!

The room was spotlessly clean. It was warm and the manager, who I saw once was helpful. And immediately provided the towels which were not in the room when I arrived. As a non American who did not have a phone plan to receive SMS in the US getting the door code was problematic as emails were not responded to to. The room was not serviced throughout my 5 night stay. This was not an issue for me but maybe for some.

Our stay was a short overnight… location was a short drive to Main Street, we were able to grab an Uber for 11-15 on a busy December weekend. We had a little bit of trouble at check in as it wasn’t quite 3P, but issue was resolved quickly. The room was as described, bare necessities, but clean and beds were comfy. A large rug or mat to cover front door entry way is suggested as the tiny mat provided wasn’t sufficient for entering with snowy boots or for placing them once off.

Easy check in and out. I arrived about 10 pm and had no issues. Room was cozy, not fancy or updated, but we mostly slept and it was clean and comfortable bed. TV was a smart tv about 46 and room had a desk, 2 queen size beds, coffee maker, micro and plenty of towels.

Great stay at Maple Leaf Inn. Room was clean, in a great location and even included a chair! 5/5 regardless but chair was very comfortable and truly made our stay!

The beds were very comfortable. The space was clean. Check-in was very easy and the property even responded quickly to my questions. I will stay here again for my future business events .

We had a fantastic experience staying here! The room was recently renovated, clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Everything—from the linens to the bathroom—felt fresh and well cared for.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Main Street, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and beautiful views of Mirror Lake. It was so convenient to explore the town without needing to drive or worry about parking.The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Placid, whether for a relaxing getaway or outdoor adventure.Would absolutely stay again!
