Stayed Sep 26, 2025The entrance was a let down as there were weeds, dirty glass door and unkept porch. The house was generally clean as in floors, bathrooms, and bedding. But inside of cabinets were filled with crumbs, baseboards, mirrors, windows, sills, and baseboards were dirty. It was livable but had a general feeling of neglect. The host was congenial and prompt. Check in was easy. Although we didn't cook or do laundry, the appliances were new and clean.

Stayed Sep 1, 2025Very clean home and pet friendly. Location was ideal for Duncan and the neighborhood was very friendly. You can tell the owners have put a lot of work into maintaining the home. If we need a place to stay in the future, we will be back!

Stayed Aug 6, 2025House was clean and had everything we needed. Front door lock did not work so I had to call the owner to let us in and lock up on our way out. One thing I should have checked being an older home the bathroom doors were not wide enough for a walker. The bed in bedroom 2 at the front of the house needs a new mattress. You can feel the springs. I had to put two blankets on top of the sheet to be able to sleep.
