This property was perfect for our Thanksgiving family meet up, mid point between Virginia and Illinois. Located in the Wayne National Forest and near the outdoor areas of Hocking Hills, there were lots of outdoor areas to explore. The downtown area of Nelsonville has a cute town square which was closed due to the holiday but looked like a fun area to explore. The house had plenty of bedrooms and a big kitchen for all the food prep. We took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit which was a nice addition.

Great stay! As listed. Group of 5. Plenty of space. Loved the porches, hot tub & the feel of being in nature. Lights around hot tub would be a benefit as it’s very dark. Would definitely recommend the property to others & would book again for next girls trip.

We chose this house because we were part of a big group tubing and didn't want a long drive after. We were very happy. It looked great online and better in person.It is deceiving how big the place is! We were really able to slread out and enjoy the amenities. Everything was stocked as you’d expect - towels, sheets, kitchen tool/appliances. We took advantage of the grill and hot tub. Hot tub was very clean!We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It had everyhing we could possibly need. Nice and spacious. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Great time for fire and making smores. Fun for some fishing in the pond. Driving distance to the beautiful caves.

The location was very clean. Had plenty of room for everyone. The location was awesome, up a hill and secluded behind woods. There is one other home the hill but other than that you’ve got privacy. TVs in every room, but the main TV does have limited access to streaming apps, only YouTube and Netflix. No YouTube TV, Disney or Max. But overall great experience, very close to Nelsonville and Athens so had plenty of food options.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, plenty of rooms. One bathroom could use towel hooks near shower but we managed. Enjoyed the table for game playing in the evenings. Air conditioning seemed to cool down way below set point but was ok.

We had w wonderful experience at this home. The location was great. The owner was super responsive and accommodating. The house has.a great layout and worked great for a larger group.

We loved our stay at this property. Plenty of room, clean, and so so quiet. The pond out front and the surrounding woods are absolutely beautiful. Our group of 6 had such a great time! Would absolutely recommend this property for a stay.

This house was a perfect place to enjoy our child’s graduation from Hocking College! We were able to relax, hike and enjoy the family being together!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. There was plenty of room for each child to have their own space. The outdoor space was beautiful and the kids especially loved the hot tub and the pond. We would definitely return for another stay.

Everything was very close by, owner gave some great recommendations for places to visit and eat. We had a lovely, relaxing time.

It was a great stay. Few things I personally let the manger know that that need to take care. Overall we loved it.

We had such a wonderful time on our annual girls weekend getaway. The home was spacious with plenty of space for the 4 of us to each have our own space. The hot tub was so much fun and the wildlife in the back yard was a highlight. We will definitely return.

Family weekend at OU. Wanted a place where we could stay together instead of multiple hotel rooms. The pics for this listing are outdated. They don’t do it justice! We had a great stay!

Big home, great fishing, very quiet.

We ussually stay in logan, closer to the hiking trails, but this was so nice with the pond and the roomy accommodations, that the ride to the trails was no big deal. Also was a little fair while we were there which was really nice.

Clean neat, plenty room, large yard, well stocked. Close to town and collage.

Property was very peaceful and clean. All amenities listed worked wonderfully. 20-30 minutes away from town and good hiking areas.

It has brand new Couchs set, we had one issue hot tub filter plug, called the owner with minutes they were there, awesome Service, would recommend it,to any other person who rent it. Big front yard, nice pond,big deck, big living room, big kitchen, just Beautiful ,had a great time over the 4th of July. Thanks ?
