Amazing location, great views, clean home, responsive owners, Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean, well-organized and fully stocked. The views of Bird Rock are amazing, especially when you have a chance to see both the high tide and low tide. Low tide brought in several seals and sea lions to sit on the rocks. Our host was very responsive to a few minor issues.

Kitchen was well equipped. The entire house was very clean. The host and maintenance personnel were excellent. Parking was excellent. We could not have asked for a better view and setting. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

The views were the central element to the house and the outside space fantastic. For the price of the rental which was rich, I thought the house inside looked tired, the kitchen cookware was lacking, the upholstery for outside furniture was stained and there was lack of household cleaning material and fundamental goods (paper towels, toilet paper and no dish towels. The property is managed by a service which solely communicates online and the fire pit functioned inconsistently.It needs service.

This large ocean front home met or exceeded every expectation! Check-in was straightforward and we immediately felt right at home. The outdoor areas are meticulously maintained and the patio seating is both comfortable and abundant. The hosts were the easiest and most helpful hosts I’ve ever encountered. Truly an A experience!

Excellent. Glorious location, simply amazing house with breathtaking views

A home so enchanting I found myself doing more chores than usual and realized I was subconsciously nesting. The layout, storage solutions, design, etc just felt right. It manages to be both grandiose and cozy. Secluded but open, minimal but not sparse. It felt just as functional as it was beautiful and had a ton of little touches that add up to a very comfortable and smooth overall execution It needs some renovations and is showing its age in some areas, but that is easily overlooked and didn't negatively impact my experience

Gorgeous, well appointed, property overlooking the famous Bird Rock. Everything was as described or better. Even though we had quite a marine layer the entire time that we were there, the views from that patio (accompanied by the wonderful outdoor blankets and gas fireplace) were absolutely stunning. Incredibly responsive Mgmt Team, who answered any minor questions we had promptly. Saw dolphin, seals, pelicans, cormorants, and hummingbirds every day. And there are several quality coffee shops and restaurants an easy walk away. We hope to return!

Wonderful home on bird rock, great proximity to anything you want to do in La Jolla within 15 minute drive and walkable to town. Beautiful views. NXT great to deal with. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home with epic ocean views. Nestled in a lovely neighborhood and a few blocks from some great restaurants. We would certainly return! If bringing young children, please keep in mind the upstairs master bedroom windows are not childproof and just open fully. Also, the washer dryer is in a shed separate from the house. Overall wonderful stay! Thanks very much.

This breathtaking home on the water’s edge was the perfect place for our family to gather for a once in a lifetime experience.Bird Rock neighborhood has wonderful restaurants within walking distance.Plenty of room inside or on the spectacular terrace to either spread out or be together. Kitchen is great for cooking together.Posted pictures accurately represent all the home’s features.The vista point outside does get used but we didn’t find it problematic. The magnificent view with ocean, Bird Rock, sea birds, and surfers from inside and out was priceless!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here for the week. House has plenty of space and is in generally good condition. We spent most of our time gathered on the patio with incredible ocean views or in the kitchen. Property manager responded quickly to a couple of minor issues we had. The location of the home is terrific - it's a short 5 minute walk into the heart of Bird Rock where there are some great restaurants, coffee shops, bakery and shopping. I deducted a star on the listing accuracy because it stated the home had a Keurig and a Big Green Egg grill. We brought a bunch of k-pods we couldn't use, but there were 2 drip coffee makers and a Nespresso machine. There is a regular gas grill but no big green egg. The home is adjacent a public access to the ocean which was frequented often by surfers and folks watching the sunset. One morning a car of teenagers parked there and sat in their vehicle from about 6am-10am blasting loud music which woke up a number of us that day. Just know there will be a level of activity next to the home. Overall we had a great time and would likely stay there again. The ocean views, serenity and proximity to cool things to walk to in Bird Rock were fantastic.

Lovely patio next to the sea for our family reunion

Came out to escape desert heat, enjoyed the mist and fog of early mornings in the peaceful location and beautiful bird rock location. House was phenomenal with the exception of a minor plumbing issue upstairs and a few miscommunication issues with NXT

We booked this property to relax outside and enjoy the end of summer, and this house did not disappoint. The location is perfect, a two block walk to restaurants and coffee shops. A 10 minute drive to other parts of La Jolla. House was well equipped with everything you need and the hot tub was perfect on cooler evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible view. Property management was great.

We stayed on this property for six nights. It is a great location for walking to cafes and coffee. Sitting on patio to watch surfers was always fun to start the day. I would stay at this property again . Bedding was very comfy. Hot tub a plus.
