“Dolphin Watch” Amazing Gulf Front Home, Elevator, Kayak/Paddleboard!

THE VIEWS! Perfect location, perfect view, great beach access, baby friendly! This was the best place to heal postpartum!

We had a great time and theLocation was great. My family enjoyed the bikes.

Very nice place well stocked and accommodating for all your needs in the kitchen and beach supplies. The elevator was great especially for good and luggage. Thank you for a very memorable vacation.

We had excellent condo, lots of cooking utensils and view was amazing.

All of the rooms were spacious, clean, and just as pictured. Kitchen was very well stocked with a nice sized pantry. Having the elevator was a nice convenience for brining in luggage and groceries. Beach towels, beach chairs, body boards and paddle boards were available for use. So nice to not have to pack beach towels and chairs. Lots of beach toys were also available if you have little ones. Plenty of chairs on the decks plus a table on the main deck. There is very little privacy on the deck and the houses are extremely close. But, we had great neighbors at the house next door and enjoyed good conversation. Beach was not crowded at all. We had plenty of room. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Only steps to the beach so it made it easy to come and go when we needed to cool off. The AC worked well (That's important for these hot summer days). The elevator is very convenient for luggage, groceries, etc. It is a quiet duplex with essentially all of your cooking needs. It is a convenient, walk out to the beach with numerous beach accessories available for use in the storage area. They outdoor shower is a great addition.

This was a great property for our family. The location is great. The home had so many extras like toys/games, beach items, bikes, paddle board, and beach towels. We appreciated the elevator as we unloaded and loaded the car. The kitchen was also great. So many beach homes don't have pantry space to put your groceries and this home had tons of available storage. We will be booking again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We stayed from Thursday till Sunday. The view is better than you imagine. It’s about 5 minutes from the closest bars and restaurants and pier. It’s about 30 minutes from Pensacola and 30 minutes from Destin. The beach was very quiet and perfect. We had nine of us going and was worried about space but the townhouse was plenty of room for us. I definitely would go back. I highly recommend staying here. In the morning you’ll see about six different dolphins trying to catch breakfast.

The townhome was well appointed and newly updated. Great location on a quiet beach with good access to grocery. We had a wonderful time.

The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed making our own meals. The sleeping accommodations were excellent and very cozy. We had such a good time with the direct access to the beach and we certainly enjoyed watching the sunsets from our decks. The elevator was such a bonus! We both have heart conditions, so not having to negotiate the steps was a real boost (pun intended) We certainly plan to come again.

This beautiful condo has a gorgeous view of the gulf and beautiful sunrises. The floor plan is excellent and the condo is well stocked with most of everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

Everyone there wants the same thing, to have a low key restful and quiet vacay. Perfect place to get some R & R!September: Weather was perfect, water was warm. Seaweed & Jelly fish showed up the last 2 days of our stay, but we drove down to Destin and the water was clean and perfect for swimming.

Everything was as described. The view from the master and the direct beach access well worth it. Location was perfect and never crowded. We came end of July first of Aug for a week. Anything you need is within a short drive.

Very well stocked kitchen tools. Shower on 1st floor extra full size fridge with freezer on 1st floor in storage area. Beach chairs & 2 umbrellas. Kayak & paddle board available. Weather & water controlled by nature so was not very good this trip. Still very nice inside & multiple levels deck & shade in main one.
