Dolphin Views, 3BR Oceanfront, Walk to Downtown Nightlife w Firepit

The property is right on the strand. There is a small road between you and the beach. There are two parking spaces in a garage below the building. The garage is gated. There are really two master suites. One is towards the back. It has a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a small fridge and microwave. There's access to a private patio (non-ocean facing). The other master has 2Q and has a sitting area. Sliding doors open to the ocean. It has a large bathroom with tub and a shower. The living room also opens to the ocean. This was a great property for our family. We spent a lot of time in San Diego, so we only explored Seaside a little. We did watch surfers and dolphins daily from our patio. This property would be ideal for a family who wanted to watch the water with lots of great resteraunts nearby or a family who wanted to surf or play in the ocean everyday. It is a little rocky for small children directly across from the condo. A quick walk towards the pier will put you in a sandier area for little ones. We would absolutrly rent again.

My husband and I took my two daughters and their husbands here for vacation. This condo was fantastic! Plenty of room for all of us, each having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect, right on the beach and walking distance to downtown. The condo has everything you would need. Kitchen fully equipped, plenty of towels and lots of beach toys! The view was amazing and sunsets spectacular! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our super fun vacation! Vicki

We lived in Oceanside 10 years ago and walked the strand several times a week. Watched many of these condos being built. What a treat to spend 5 days with a beach front view in this beautiful condo, not only from the living room, the kitchen, but the front bedroom also. The front balcony was very comfortable and spent most of our time out there. Would go back again.

Beautiful condo, stocked with everything we needed. Spectacular views. We had several maintenance issues come up, some taken care of while we were there, others not. That put a bit of a damper on our stay. Can't beat the views, though.

It was perfect. Property was clean and well-equipped, location could not be better for us. Plan to return.

Loved the property, however, we were so disappointed that the weather was so foggy. Look forward to staying there again next year.

Everything was amazing

The place was everything and more! Amazing location, nicely furnished, lots of room, very clean! About 3/4 of a mile from the pier was perfect. Close enough to the hustle and bustle but far enough that it was quiet. Steps to the beach! Kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, silverware and appliances. There are a few very minor cons: 1. 4pm check in is a little late. I requested an hour earlier check in twice and the response was 'not at this time'. The cleaning crew showed up and were waiting promptly at 10am. I would think a 3pm check in would be attainable if the cleaning crew had 5 hours. If nothing else, a favorable response offers some good will with no real effort.2. Quality bathroom supplies would have been nice. The shampoo, body wash and soap were from a dollar store.3. There are two coffee makers and a Keurig but no coffee which was a bummer. Otherwise it was great. I would definitely recommend staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of this condo is perfect. Literal steps to the beach. And Oceanside is a quaint little beach town and we’ll keep coming back here instead of busy San Diego proper. The train station is close (very walkable) as well. We stayed with 7 adults and had plenty of space. It’s nice to have a covered parking garage and they had all the beach amenities so we didn’t have to pack anything in that way! Happy to stay her again. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! My daughter stays here 1-2 times a years and highly recommended it. So, I surprised my husband for our anniversary. Let’s just say we didn’t wanna leave! We will definitely be coming back!

My family had a wonderful time! The house was exactly as advertised! Our most favorite part of the home was the view from the balcony! The 3 full bathrooms and 5 beds made it very comfortable! Everything was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you VRBO!

Beautiful property, clean, exactly like photos, very easy to communicate with host, beachfront, loved the 2 parking spots below the property- so nice to not have to stress about parking. Kitchen well stocked. Beach towels- thank you for that…Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shopping. Great location! I would definitely stay here again.

The property was everything the listing said it was. Waking up to the sound of waves was wonderful. We saw daily surfers and occasional pods of dolphins from the balcony. There was nothing missing in the kitchen which was well appointed with everything from baking pans to electric hand mixers.

Walking the Strand made it easy to get coffee or drinks and the sounds of the waves all day is perfect!

3 nights of beautiful ocean tranquility. Enjoyed the easy safe garage parking and building access. Nice patio with Ocean front views. Good walking path with dining nearby. Good kitchen and BBQ. Needed a couple door locks fixed, other than that everything was great.

We had an amazing time at this condo. The view was beautiful, even saw dolphins while sitting on deck!The bedrooms were spacious, and well appointed. The kitchen had loads of utensils and dishes, plus small and large appliances .The bathrooms were great, a large tub in one, plus a shower, as well as 2 other bathrooms.The outside front deck had chairs enough for our party of 5, plus a fire pit and grill.Totally enjoyed the stay and hope to stay again.

Clean, spacious, and updated with a hard to beat view and super close proximity to the ocean. 5 stars!
