Dolphin House : pool home on the Gulf of Mexico : walk to the beach

Great kid friendly rental super close to the beach. The kitchen/house was well stocked. We like to cook and found it helpful there were already a decent variety of spices.There are kid & pool friendly cups/dinnerware that make it easy to spend time outside. When they mention how close it is to the beach BELIEVE IT! We went to the beach every single days sometimes multiple times. With 2 toddlers it is super helpful to not have to pack everything up in the car for the beach and to just walk over. The house is nicely located to other things also. The supermarket and other things is a few minutes away. We were also able to take an easy day trip to Sanibel Island. The pool is also almost completely shaded in the later afternoon so it's a great spot to wind down with kids without worrying about the sun after spending all day out in it. Host is super responsive and accommodating. Our inbound and outbound flights both got majorly delayed and he was flexible with our entry and exit times. Would definitely recommend this house

The property was as advertised, very nice ranch style home across street from gulf with short easy access to the beach. The lanai enclosed pool was comfortably heated and had adequate privacy for relaxation. Shops, restaurants, parks, activities and beaches were within short drives from the home. Wonderful experience all around and would love to return.

Excellent stay, highly recommend. You can’t be the location, is right across the street from beach entry. The beach house was clean and completely updated inside. Pool and patio is perfect for family vacations. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at dolphin house! The house and pool were great. The kitchen is well equipped. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive. We highly recommend it!

Highly recommend! We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. The house was clean and new! The pool was great and you are right across from the beach. They provide all beach amenities needed for you and the kids. Tim was very responsive and very helpful pre and during the trip. Bonita springs beach was beautiful and there was great food and shopping in the area

We loved our stay at the dolphin house and its proximity to the beach! Being able to park in the garage was also helpful during the hot days and when it rained. This house is fully equipped with everything you will need for the beach and pool including a wagon. We did bring our own tent to use, but the house had umbrellas had we not. The kitchen also had all the tools, small appliances, and gadgets we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the water pressure in both showers were amazing. Our 4yo and 6yo couldn’t get enough of the pool and they also enjoyed some of the local wildlife. When we had questions, the host responded immediately. We would love to stay here again in the future.

The dolphin house was perfect for our family of 5! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, where we found tons of amazing shells! Beach chairs, towels, toys, wagon and cooler were there for us to use. The house interior was very nice and clean! The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We all loved the pool and used it everyday. If we decide to come back to Bonita Beach we will definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, well kept, with easy instructions that made our stay comfortable. Our family enjoyed the warm pool and close proximity to the beach.

Place was very close to the beach and had a beautiful kitchen that met all our cooking needs. It had plenty spices, pots and and essentials. The pool felt like bath water. Only slight negative were we spotted a few bugs on the floor and lots traps but probably the norm for a beach house.

Nice house near Bonita Beach. Easy short walk to beach access point from house. Beach chairs ,umbrella, cart all provided, we also enjoyed relaxing in the nice pool, short drive to local restaurants and shops

Our stay in Bonita was absolutely wonderful! The house exceeded all our expectations, providing everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Having the beach just across the street was a dream, and the saltwater pool was a fantastic bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. The entire home was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind!

Great property. Location was great. Property was very clean. Appliances were in great condition. Pool was a real treat for the kids. Owner very responsive.

The Dolphin House is perfect! Beautiful, spacious, clean house with lots of updates! Kitchen is well stocked. We cooked Christmas dinner and had plenty of pots/pans, serving ware, etc. We really appreciated having the nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella. There’s also a beach wagon and a cooler. The house is so close to the beach! Loved going to the beach every day! The pool is also very nice, and heated. Dolphin House is also pretty neat Doc’s Beachhaus and we went there quite often.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The proximity to the beach, the pool and the property was great. We definitely would stay here again, even talked about it being our destination for next year! Had a few questions for the manager of the property after we arrived and he got back to us with answers fairly quickly. We had excellent weather and enjoyed our stay!

We celebrated my husband’s birthday with his family that lived in Naples. Pool was perfect temperature & location to beach across the street was great. We loved the house & hope to go back next year.

Nice location, easy walk to beach, short drive to nearby stores and restaurants, nice pool. Property is in great shape even with the recent surrounding damage from the hurricane.
