A great location!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving in Devils knob. The location was wonderful. This VRBO has it all! We felt right at home!

Everything went very smoothly. We had a great time. Very comfortable and pleasant home to live in for a week.

Beautiful location! The host is super responsive and made themselves available even late at night. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

This was a wonderful location for our youth retreat. Plenty of space to spread out or come together. We appreciated having enough bathrooms and bedrooms. The outside space was lovely.We were able to relax and enjoy staying put for several days!

My husband and I rented this house because our daughter was getting married in Afton, VA. This location was an excellent choice because of its proximity to The Mountain Inn where the rehearsal dinner was held. The house met all of our needs and was a beautiful place to stay!

Great house and location for 4 adults and 5 kids! Shuttle access was key!

Fine spot for quick getaway

This property was great for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. The area is beautiful!! We traveled to VA for my youngest son’s wedding. I rated the cleanliness 4 only because baseboards were dusty. But other than that it was very clean, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living area. The kitchen is well equipped with large and small appliances, dishes and utensils. The master with en-suite on third floor was too warm for us, but open windows on cool nights helped. Charlotte and her team were very responsive and helpful when I had questions.

There were no instructions on site. Upon our arrival, we had no running water. It took several attempts to reach somebody to figure that out. There was no dish soap, nor a sponge, and the next day they dropped off trash bags. We only had seven in our group however, the listing says it’s slab nine. There’s only four bedrooms and two of the rooms have very small beds. And there was a pull out twin mattress and one of the closets. The third level was extremely hot and hard to cool. The property is probably best suited for Winter and skiers. We were on a winery tour.

Liked the layout and the capacity. We’ll kept and good location. The only challenge was the connectivity and TV set up. The HD antenna didn’t do well and the internet seemed better once we reset it.
