This west-side Colorado Springs home has a fully fenced backyard with a dog door, room for a group of 9 across three levels, and a quiet residential street where deer come through most mornings. It suits families, groups, and dog owners who want space and a calm place to land after a day at Garden of the Gods, which is a short drive away.

The main living level gathers everyone under skylights, with plenty of seating for movie nights and board games and a kitchen made for cooking: island seating, a dishwasher, multiple counters, and prep space. Four bedrooms spread across the three levels give a group separation, each with its own queen bed, and a flex room adds a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle for the kids. Two full bathrooms serve the home.
