• Trailer parking is not permitted under Palm Coast regulations. If needed, I can provide a list of local trailer storage options for you to contact directly and arrange storage.

• The boat dock is available during your stay. Please confirm your boat will fit prior to reserving.

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.

No Smoking Policy
★ Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors
★ A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected. This covers:
  ★ Professional cleaning of furniture, curtains, and linens
  ★ Odor removal and air purification
  ★ Additional time and labor to restore the home’s fresh condition
★ Thank you for helping us maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests!

Trash & Recycling
★ Trash pickup: Monday & Thursday
★ Recycling pickup: Thursday only
★ Please place bins at the curb the night before pickup and return them after collection
★ Keep wildlife away by securely bagging trash and closing bin lids
