Minutes away, the Grand Park Community Recreation Center is accessible for a nominal daily fee and has multiple pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, climbing gym, and basketball courts.

The USA Today award-winning Devil's Thumb Ranch Nordic Center offers groomed cross-country trails within 12 minutes and, 15 minutes away is Winter Park Ski Area, Colorado’s fourth largest resort offering over 3,000 skiable acres and 3,060 vertical feet of fun for all ability levels.

LIVING AREAS

Pet friendly townhome has an airy living area and a cozy loft, providing plenty of space for your group kick back and relax.

Vaulted ceilings and towering windows bring lots of natural light into the living room. A 70” flat-screen TV sits above the gas fireplace, and a sectional offers comfy seating.

Upstairs, the cozy loft is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a plush bean bag.

KITCHEN & DINING

Unleash your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, detailed with marble countertops. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a French-door fridge and gas range. Highlights include All-Clad cookware, Wusthof cutlery, and everything needed to throw a memorable dinner party.

Sip morning coffee at the two-seat kitchen bar. When it's time to eat, gather around the six-person table for family-style meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story townhouse sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa.

The first-floor master bedroom has a stately king bed and two closets. A double vanity and a pristine walk-in shower outfits the en-suite master bathroom.

Upstairs, the second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a 50” TV. The bathroom on this level has a tub/shower combination.

Bathrooms are outfitted with luxury bath linens from Restoration Hardware and all beds are appointed with down alternative comforters and high thread count bedding.

OUTDOOR AREA

Tall evergreens surround the spacious, fully furnished patio. Fire up the gas grill and host a cookout.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Additional perks include a full-size washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as high-end audio system (connect mobile devices and music platforms). Make use of the Martin acoustic guitar or four single speed cruisers.

This rental also welcomes up to two dogs. Parking is available for two cars (one in the detached garage and one unassigned space in the open lot -- available on a first-come, first-serve basis).

THE LOCATION

An abundance of outdoor adventure can be found nearby. The Fraser River is a 5-minute walk away with beautiful all-season trails -- a great place for a picnic or fly fishing. Walk 10 minutes to Headwaters Center offering year-round entertainment, events, and concerts in a reclaimed Civil War Era barn. Farther afield, hike Bottle Pass to Bryant Peak for incredible views.

In winter months, discover some of the country's best skiing at Winter Park Resort within a 15-minute drive.

When it's time to refuel, visit Winter Park favorites like Hernando’s Pizza Pub or Deno’s Mountain Bistro for delicious meals and lively ambience. In Fraser, you’ll find Sharky’s Eatery and Solstice Winter Bistro.

    Door lock didn't work (took 1/2 hr to get in). Unit wasn't clean. (housekeeping had to come out @ 10pm). Garage floor was filthy, covered with dirt. Description on website referenced 2 bikes with cable locks, neither of which were there. Lack of space in kitchen for food or other items. Owner had occupied almost all of cabinets. Same in the pantry. Bar-b-que grill was corroded & was not usable. Patio had not been cleaned. Leather sofa was so scratched it took 2 hrs to treat with leather cleaner. Hide-a-bed was covered with dog hairs & a sheet was left on the bed. Another 2 hr project to vacuum the dog hairs. Baseboards need to be cleaned (especially in the corners) Ants in primary bedroom. Also, primary bdrm had no place to put clothes except hanging rods in the closet. Mattress in primary bdrm was stained & mattress pad had a bad odor. We did not intend to spend so much of our time cleaning & washing sheets! Positive: Rebecca was great to assist us! Location was awesome. Garage was great for our truck & bikes (once we cleaned the floor) Lots of towels in the bathrooms. We would defintiely recommend a different cleaning service! We feel like we should get a refund for the cleaning fee!

    We love staying here! So much so, that I believe it’s our third time here!! The house is perfect and in a wonderful location close to the Fraser walking trail and other gorgeous trails that are just a short drive, groceries are close in addition to some cool breweries and our favorite, Elevation Pizza!!

    We love 52 Journey Way and the neighborhood. This unit is nice and we enjoyed our time here. We were close to hiking and loved the Fraser River trail for evening walks with the dog!!

    Another nice stay at this clean, comfortable townhome. It’s nicely decorated and has high-end kitchen appliances. LOVE that we can bring our sweet dog with us and are just steps away from beautiful walking trails! Very close to downtown Winter Park (restaurants /shops). We’ll be back!

    Really cute place and good location with access to both Frasier and Winter Park as well as a ton of great hiking/biking trails. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. and the place was very clean. Would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting

    Had a mostly positive experience. Positive = clean condo with nice decor, beautiful walking trails, and close to downtown WP. Able to bring our dog (who had a spectacular time!) so that was a HUGE plus! Possible improvements = having glass cleaner available (dining table is glass and gets immediately smudged), providing tissue/Kleenex (as there was none) and maybe another TP option (this was 1 ply). Negative = Remote control did not work in upstairs bedroom. Fireplace went on fine with wall switch but then would not turn off via wall switch! My husband had to turn gas off manually. We called the property management company (Vacasa) and had a very frustrating/got us nowhere phone call. I followed up with the support email for Vacasa with details and no one ever responded. Totally understand the owner wanting the benefit of using a property management company but when you don't get issues resolved it is frustrating to not be able to talk with the owner. Just our 2 cents. We stayed 4 days/3 nights and the issues happened first night so we were not able to use upstairs TV or fireplace the rest of our stay. Not ideal.
