You'll find all you need and more for your next vacation at this lovely two-level townhouse on Martha's Vineyard. Relaxation is never far away with a shared swimming pool, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and an easy stroll to the beach!
Part of the Island Inn community on the northeast shore of the island, you can choose whether you head about half a mile to Joseph Sylvia State Beach or Inkwell Beach for a day by the beach, or wander a mile into downtown Oak Bluffs for some food and window shopping. Tennis fans can take a professional lesson.
You'll feel right at home inside this townhouse. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up family meals, and a deck provides a nice place to dine in warm weather. The kitchen includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Watch a show on the cable TV and keep up with friends using the free WiFi. One of the bedrooms is a lofted space, with its own TV and sitting area. Feel free to pack light, because the shared washers/dryers let you take care of any laundry you may have - just don't forget your swimsuit!
Other amenities include a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We love everything about the Island Inn, especially that it is dog friendly and very conveniently located. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms spacious. It’s our go-to /only place we stay on the island.

Property was exactly what was shown online. Great restaurant next door. Front door didn’t seem to close fully and should be adjusted.
This unit is my favorite so far. The owner has tastefully decorated and thoughtful provided all amenities and conveniences for comfort. Kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of extra outlet extensions which is very thoughtful. Nicely upgraded kitchen and master bathroom. Hooks for keys! The only thing missing are streaming service apps on the The TV. So no opportunity to watch Netflix or Hulu. But it was fine.
Our stay was so wonderful! Stayed with 3 seniors and they loved all of the property. It was easy to get around and interactions with visitors and staff was always friendly. Looking forward to coming back very soon.
We really enjoy the Island Inn and unit 42G. Love the swings, dog-friendly units, great location, nice pool. We don't stay anywhere else. It is in a great location, close to State Beach, downtown Oak Bluffs and Edgartown and Vineyard Haven. Lots of space, having a kitchen with dishwasher is really nice. The grounds are well-kept and maintained.
We had a great time during our short stay! Property was great and convenient. Everything was perfect!
We love the Island Inn and unit 42G is our favorite. Can’t wait to return. Will definitely be back. Great location.
If the tennis had been open this would have been off-season perfect. Delightful
The location is excellent if you are there to walk by the sea and to bike. Rooms are a bit noisy
